## About Hootsuite
Most teams are still working with tools and workflows built for a different time — dashboards, approvals, and disconnected systems that slow them down. Many have added AI, but haven’t changed how work gets done. Social moves too fast for that. It’s why we rebuilt Hootsuite with AI as a foundation, not a feature. Hootsuite Social OS helps teams go from reacting after the moment has passed to acting in real time with AI that makes it as easy as chat. That’s how we’re transforming the way teams move, decide, and grow. Less time navigating software. More time acting on ideas. That’s the future we’re building. --- Hootsuite Social OS gives marketing, communications, and insights teams a connected system to detect what's shaping their brand in real time, understand what it means, and coordinate action across the organization before the window of opportunity closes. Hootsuite Social OS is a strong fit for marketing, communications, brand, and social strategy teams that need social intelligence connected directly to execution across the business, not another listening dashboard to monitor in isolation — so they can move at the speed of social and stay ahead. Hootsuite Key Features \> Real-time social intelligence: Lumen helps you detect the signals shaping your market, from brand perception and emerging trends to competitive moves and consumer shifts, surfacing the insights that matter and helping you act on them before the window of opportunity closes. \> Conversational AI orchestration layer: Ask Wisdom questions in plain language and get cited, actionable answers grounded in your live social data, brand context, and historical performance. And it’s all as easy at chat. \> Connected publishing and planning: With Perch, you can turn insights into scheduled or published content in minutes — without switching tabs or losing context. Unified customer care: Manage comments, messages, and mentions across channels in one place through Nest, with AI-assisted responses and workflow routing. \> Employee advocacy: Turn your most trusted voices — your people — into brand ambassadors. Parliament enables them to easily share on-brand content with their own networks to extend reach and reduce paid media dependency. MCP connectors for Lumen, Perch, and Nest bring Hootsuite Social OS capabilities into the AI tools teams already use, including Claude and ChatGPT. So teams can draft, schedule, publish, engage, and measure across all their channels via Hootsuite without spending every day in a dashboard, calendar, or compose box.

## Hootsuite Reviews
 ### 1. Streamlines Social Media Management

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carl M. | Photography Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I use Hootsuite to schedule and manage social media posts across different platforms in one place, which helps me stay organized, plan content ahead of time, and keep up with engagement without constantly switching between apps. Hootsuite saves me time by allowing me to schedule posts ahead instead of posting manually every day. It keeps everything organized in one dashboard, so I can manage multiple social media accounts, track engagement, and stay consistent with my content. The convenience of being able to schedule posts, monitor different accounts, and have everything organized in one place saves me a lot of time and makes managing social media feel less overwhelming. The initial setup was pretty easy, and connecting my social media accounts was straightforward, which allowed me to start scheduling posts without much trouble.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

The pricing is what needs to improve, especially for small businesses. Some features take time to learn, so making the dashboard feel more simple and beginner friendly would help a lot.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Hootsuite to schedule and manage social media posts across platforms in one place. It saves me time, keeps everything organized in one dashboard, and reduces the need to switch between apps.

 ### 2. All-in-One Scheduling and Inbox That Saves Time—Plus Helpful AI Copy Suggestions

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Logistics and Supply Chain | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I like the fact that I can schedule all my posts in one place. I am also able to set the time based on Hootsuite's recommended times. The inbox is also a plus for me as I can reply directly from my inbox rather than go into the individual accounts.
This integrates well for me. This makes time easier for me. In terms of performance, the inbox works well, and I can see even images that may have been attached to messages. The pricing is good for the functions that i have. I get to save on time. I have never used the support function, as I have never had an issue.
I love the AI as it can create the copy for me, and I really enjoy the suggestions on special days. Makes ad writing easier.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

I do wish it could improve the tagging feature for LinkedIn, as it does not always manage to catch the right person. I also wish the Instagram story selection could be added when I do an Instagram post as well

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In the past, I had to manage all my social media platforms on individual platforms, and this was time-consuming. Now Hootsuite streamlines all my social media management in one place, and i can schedule posts well in advance.

 ### 3. Hootsuite Keeps Multi-Channel Publishing Organized and Consistent

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marco B. | Director of CRM, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

What I like most about Hootsuite is having one centralized place where I can manage multiple social media channels, plan content, schedule posts, and monitor performance. It saves me time, makes collaboration easier, and helps me keep publishing consistent across platforms.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

What I dislike about Hootsuite is that the interface can sometimes feel cluttered, particularly when I’m managing a lot of channels or working with reports. A few workflows also take too many clicks to complete, which slows things down. On top of that, the pricing can feel high if you only need a handful of core features.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hootsuite helps solve the challenge of managing social media across multiple platforms when everything feels fragmented. It makes it easier to schedule content, coordinate publishing, monitor engagement, and review performance all from one place. For me, the biggest benefits are saving time, staying organized, and maintaining a more consistent social media presence.

 ### 4. Effortless Social Scheduling and Analytics

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chan Myae K. | Social Media Manager, Automotive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I use Hootsuite for post scheduling and analytics, making it easier for me to manage social posts data and engagement all in one place. The ability to schedule from different social platforms in one place is a major advantage. I like the social posts scheduling and analytics features, which work well for my needs. The initial setup of Hootsuite was very easy, which I appreciated.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

I want Snapchat in Hootsuite because I have to manage multiple social platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and Snapchat channels

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I schedule posts and view analytics and social listening for my brand from one place using Hootsuite, which saves me from managing multiple social platforms individually.

 ### 5. Effortless Social Media Management with Analytics

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Megan B. | Marketing and Branding Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I really love the calendar view in Hootsuite; it's a great way to see everything scheduled and identify any gaps. The suggested posting times feature really simplifies things for me. I love the ease of use when picking social media profiles, dropping in images, and quickly getting things scheduled with the AI-generated captions. The initial setup was super easy, just connecting accounts, and then I could keep going. It makes it super easy to get my job done quickly, see analytics, and also listen to social trends.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

I think the hashtag area could be improved. Suggesting different ones and showing analytics for those would be helpful to us.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hootsuite puts all our social media in one place, making it easy to track and share analytics quickly. It helps our small, nonprofit team keep up with media when we're short on time.

 ### 6. Overpriced and Weak AI—Not Built for Modern Creators

**Rating:** 1.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Entertainment | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

Scheduling posts across multiple platforms, calendar system that tracks holidays, trending topic tracker and features that listen to top keywords associated with a topic or word, measuring whether something is negative or positive. UI/UX is good and easy. Integrations are good and they have a wide variety of social media you can connect. Performance is fine. Pricing definitely feels overpriced, i got barely any results. AI seems absolutely awful and poor.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

The AI system is almost useless. It was completely incapable of generating proper topics or ideas to make posts about, and it is unable to mimic personalities, tones, texting style even when provided with examples or communities to copy. Hootsuite is extremely ill-suited for content creators / influencers whom are more modern or engaged with Gen Z and up audiences. Basically, Hootsuite is for boomers.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The only problem its solved for me is scheduling multiple posts in advance, which saves me a little bit of time. The calendar tracking with holidays gives me a little bit of help in generating post ideas, but it does not do much besides that.

 ### 7. Flexible Multi-Channel Posting with Handy Editing Options and Built-In AI

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** House of D. | Nonprofit, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

Ability to tailor one post to multiple channels, tweak as needed for each channel. Various options to edit each post , and built in AI assistance is bonus.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

LOVE the BULK feature, but dislike the fact that it has only 300 posts limit. As non-profit with 4 visible channels this 300 post limit gets filled up within less than 2 months of content. This feature has huge potential for non-profits, but it does need to expand to unlimited bulk schedulling or get limited to 300 posts per each batch release.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Planning ahead of time around our calendar helps us spend more time in the field and be more hands on with the community we serve. With all the features such as AI assistance and social listening, content can be easily adjusted.

 ### 8. Hootsuite Makes Multi-Account Scheduling and Analytics Effortless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Transportation/Trucking/Railroad | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I like that Hootsuite makes it easier to manage multiple social media accounts in one place. The scheduling tools save time, the calendar view helps keep posts organized, and the analytics make it easier to see what content is working. It is especially helpful for staying consistent without having to manually post every day.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

What I dislike most is that Hootsuite can feel expensive, especially for smaller businesses. Some features are more complicated than they need to be, and the interface can feel a little cluttered at times. It is useful, but there is definitely a learning curve.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hootsuite helps solve the problem of keeping social media organized and consistent. Instead of logging into each platform separately, I can schedule posts ahead of time, manage multiple accounts in one place, and review performance. This saves time, reduces missed posts, and makes marketing feel more planned instead of rushed.

 ### 9. Simplifies Social Media Management but Needs Better Error Alerts

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Houston M. | Director of Content & Growth, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I use Hootsuite for social media scheduling and management for my company. It helps me streamline my social media scheduling across all of our platforms. I like how simple the interface is; it's easy to navigate and helps me work quickly. I don't spend a lot of time searching for the function I need. The initial setup of Hootsuite was very easy for me.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

My main complaint is that sometimes my posts randomly won't schedule, and I'm not alerted at a high enough importance that there has been an error. I need to know that ASAP so I can resolve the issue. I also would love for Instagram tagging and collaborations to be added.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Hootsuite to streamline my social media scheduling across all platforms. Its simple interface makes it easy to navigate and helps me work quickly, saving me time.

 ### 10. Efficient Social Scheduling and Collaboration

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Pharmaceuticals | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

What I like most about Hootsuite is how it centralizes our social media activity in one intuitive dashboard, which makes planning, publishing, and monitoring content much more efficient. The scheduling tools are easy to use, the analytics give clear insight into what is working, and the ability to collaborate across our marketing team helps keep campaigns organized and on track. Overall, it saves time and provides the visibility we need to make smarter decisions about our social presence.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

What I dislike most about Hootsuite is that the high level analytics feel somewhat limited, so it takes extra clicks and custom views to get the deeper performance insights I need at a glance. With a more flexible and visual overview dashboard, it would be much easier to quickly understand what is working across channels.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

What Hootsuite solves for our team is the challenge of staying consistent and organized across multiple social channels. The scheduling features let us plan content in advance, align posts with campaigns, and keep a steady presence even during busy periods. The analytics give us a clear view of performance so we can quickly see what resonates, adjust timing and messaging, and report results back to the broader marketing team. Overall, it saves us time, reduces manual posting, and helps us make more informed decisions about our social strategy.

 ### 11. Intuitive Layout, Fair Pricing, and Fast Multi-Platform Posting

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David W. | Creative Design & Social Media Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

The layout is incredibly intuitive and user friendly. The integration to our platforms is great, although one of them tends to disconnect frequently. The pricing is more than fair for what we get out of it. The thing I like the most about it is how quickly I can post to multiple platforms at once.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

It does tend to disconnect from our Threads account occasionally, and I would like it if I could craft a TikTok post with music. That would save time not having to post to TikTok separately.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's saving us a lot of time not having to post to multiple platforms separately. It also acts as a good reminder about the dimensions and limitations of each platform.

 ### 12. Streamlined Social Media Management, Easy Scheduling

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Melanie F. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I use Hootsuite to manage our nonprofit's Facebook and Instagram pages, and I very much appreciate being able to cross post and schedule posts. It's very user-friendly, making it easy to enter my content, upload photos and videos, and schedule them. The scheduling process is nice and simple, which I think is the best part. The initial setup was very easy too.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

I wish tagging on Instagram was better, I worry about typing in the tag incorrectly and you just don't know until it posts. It's so much better for tagging on Facebook where you can type in the tag and select the correct account. I do also wish first comment was available for Facebook.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I appreciate being able to cross post and schedule posts, which is great given our volunteer-run status and my full-time job.

 ### 13. Quick, Great-Value Dashboard That Fits Our Social Channels Perfectly

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Goods | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

The dashboard gives me quick access to what I need, be that looking for content about my brand on social or generating my own content. I am happy with the value I receive for the annual fee, and I even pursued Hootsuite certification! Hootsuite works with the social channels that my brand uses and does just what I need it to.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

There isn't much that I actively dislike about Hootsuite. I do wish the portal gave me a better experience for creating content with multiple pieces of media to include - this is mostly relevant to Facebook and Instagram. I would also love for Hootsuite to show me more in the process of creation how I could improve the post I am creating, perhaps with a more specific AI tool for identifying previous posts that have performed well and how to best replicate what worked.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A lack of time is always an issue and I need to create content quickly and make sure it performs well. I can rely on Hootsuite to work effectively to help me quickly manage my content, move it when necessary, and follow along with any happenings online.

 ### 14. Powerful All-in-One Social Management, but Pricing and Usability Need Work

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ovidiu P. | Catalog Associate, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

What I like best about Hootsuite is how easy it makes it to manage multiple social media accounts from a single dashboard. Scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, replying to messages, and tracking analytics can all be handled in one place, which saves a lot of time and helps keep my workflow organized.

I also appreciate the collaboration features for teams, especially the approval workflows and shared content calendars. The analytics and social listening tools are helpful for understanding which content performs best and for spotting trends quickly.

Another strong point is the wide range of integrations with tools like Canva, Slack, HubSpot, and Salesforce, which makes it easier to plug Hootsuite into existing marketing workflows.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

What I dislike most about Hootsuite is the pricing. Over the years it has become significantly more expensive, especially for small businesses, freelancers, or growing teams, and many of the most useful features are locked behind higher-tier plans. The removal of the free plan has also made it less accessible for casual users.

The interface can feel cluttered and overwhelming at times. Even though it’s a powerful tool, there’s a noticeable learning curve, and certain workflows—like bulk scheduling or navigating analytics—could be much more intuitive.

I’ve also run into occasional performance and integration issues, such as slow report generation or social accounts disconnecting unexpectedly. That can be especially frustrating when I’m managing campaigns on tight schedules. Customer support response times are another area where I’d like to see improvement.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hootsuite solves the problem of managing multiple social media channels efficiently from one centralized platform. Rather than logging into each network separately, I can schedule posts, monitor engagement, reply to messages, and track analytics from a single dashboard. This saves a significant amount of time and cuts down on manual work.

The biggest benefit for me is better workflow and organization. Features such as content scheduling, approval workflows, analytics, and a unified inbox help keep campaigns consistent and make collaboration across teams much easier. It also helps me see which content performs best, so decisions feel more data-driven instead of relying on guesswork.

Another advantage is reducing tool sprawl. Instead of juggling separate tools for publishing, engagement, and reporting, Hootsuite brings many of those functions together in one platform. As a result, it’s easier to manage deadlines, maintain brand consistency, and respond more quickly to customers and audience interactions.

 ### 15. Comprehensive but Needs More Posting Features

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Raksha Y. | Copywriter (Intern), Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I like that Hootsuite has access to all the software I need, which makes it a unified platform that helps me make my tasks easier. It helps by automating my scheduling process and also helps me gather insights on my platforms in one place. Additionally, it enables me to reply to messages all at once.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

Hootsuite definitely needs to have more features with respect to posting. For example, hiding the likes or adding music. The biggest frustration for me is when I add a carousel post on Instagram or Facebook, it doesn't upload in the sequence I ask it to, and I can't drag and reorder the images. I have to manually add each post one at a time. Also, sometimes the messages and comments don't all show up, and there are issues with replying to certain comments at certain times. It's also annoying that I can't change the timing for posting on different platforms in the same space. If I want to post at 12PM on LinkedIn and 5PM on Instagram, I can't do it in one create-a-post tab. I have to upload and then manually edit the LinkedIn post time, which other platforms make easier.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Hootsuite to automate scheduling, gather insights across platforms in one place, and reply to messages all at once.

 ### 16. Basic Features, But Buggy Experience

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ania H. | Social Media & Engagement Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I think the most thing I like about Hootsuite is the calendar organization; it's very easy to understand. I have a rhythm in everything I do, and for the most part, Hootsuite doesn't give us any trouble when we post things. The interface is very simple and easy to handle. The setup was pretty simple, and I've been able to connect with our Hootsuite person who walks me through a lot of things. Plus, you're able to schedule LinkedIn posts with PDFs, which you can't do in Sprout Social.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

I've been experiencing issues with Hootsuite's AI chatbot. It's new for our company, and we're still working out the kinks, but it often can't answer basic questions. It directs users to the wrong places, creating confusion for our customers. We've considered turning it off at times because it causes more confusion. Additionally, there are bugs with the interface. For example, I can't always post content from the main page without using a private browser. This adds extra steps and hinders my workflow. Another ongoing issue is with comments duplicating due to what seems like a link issue between Hootsuite and Meta. These bugs have been stacking up and haven't been resolved for about four months. It's expected since Hootsuite is adding new features, but it seems like basic issues are being overlooked.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hootsuite helps me see all our social media channels in one place and lets me easily respond to people and schedule posts.

 ### 17. Hootsuite Keeps Multi-Client Social Campaigns Organized and Time-Saving

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Khwahish C. | Social Media Manager, Public Relations and Communications, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

Running PR and social media campaigns for SaaS brands and food apps means I'm juggling multiple client accounts every single day. Hootsuite keeps that chaos manageable. One dashboard for scheduling, engagement monitoring and campaign tracking. It saves us a lot of time.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

Nothing so far. For a busy agency, that's big deal for us. But I can give compliment to Hootsuite for working well for our agency. It's just like another team member, who's working for me.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hootsuite helps us manage multiple client social handles across platforms in a much more organized way. It saves time, improves approval process and also helps us monitor audience conversation more efficiently during PR campaigns.

 ### 18. Great Scheduling and Platform Support, but Calendar Editing Slows Things Down

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I like the ability to schedule all of my posts ahead of time, at once, without having to upload a lot of different places, and the number of platforms that are supported.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

I don't love when my accounts disconnect and it takes multiple tries to get them connected back. I don't like that you can't drag and drop posts from one date to another in the calendar view- you have to go into each post for each platform and change the date individually. I don't love the analytics.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me to be able to schedule many posts to lots of platforms in one place. I can upload a video once, for instance, and send it multiple places. I like being able to see all my scheduled posts in one calendar view.

 ### 19. Easy Multi-Platform Posting with Helpful Previews

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alina B. | Content Creator, Writing and Editing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

It's easy to post on multiple platforms and you can see how each post will look before it's posted. I like that Hootsuite connects with a wide range of platforms.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

The dashboard is somewhat confusing and we still haven't figured out how to use some of the features, even though we've been using it for years. Other features we find we don't have a use for.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hootsuite seems to be changing how they do things on a regular basis, which is important with how things are constantly evolving online and in business.

 ### 20. Effortless Social Scheduling Across All Channels

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Darin W. | Content Production Manager , Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

With all social media accounts in one place, I can quickly add posts tailored to each channel. Much faster than going to each page and writing there. Social media is just one of my responsibilities, so I appreciate the ease of use and the ability to schedule posts.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

Until you get used to it, the different tabs for each channel can be a little confusing. I would like the ability to browse my timeline in each channel all on one screen rather than have them as separate boards.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

While we do have a site for industry news, Hootsuite helps us publicize those stories easily as I can quickly share them on all channels. That has helped boost our pageviews and social media reach.

 ### 21. Streamlined Social Media Management with Stellar Reporting

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ömer K. | Founder, Digital Marketing Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I really love the Hootsuite report panel. It's so easy to use, with lots of graphs and lots of data. They offer a useful dashboard, and the reports have a clear design. They also provide discounts for NGOs, which is a lovely opportunity and shows great support for them. The initial setup of Hootsuite was incredibly easy, taking just 1-2 minutes. I also found that Hootsuite's reporting is better compared to Buffer, which we tried first.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

Maybe AI integration could be better and more effective, but it's ok for now. Also, the price could be high for some.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Hootsuite to manage social media scheduling and reporting. It solves our scheduling issues and provides well-designed, easy-to-use reports, which makes data collection simpler.

 ### 22. Intuitive Hootsuite Interface That Makes Scheduling and Support a Breeze

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food & Beverages | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

Hootsuite’s interface is very intuitive, so there isn’t a steep learning curve when it comes to understanding what it can do. From scheduling posts to responding to consumers through the inbox tool, and even how easy it is to work with the support team, I genuinely appreciate what Hootsuite offers.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

The social listening tool could use some improvement. Right now, there are limitations unless you subscribe to a higher tier. For example, it would be helpful to save searches or set up alerts without having to upgrade to an enterprise plan. We’re a smaller team, so we don’t need many of the other enterprise features, but those basic capabilities would make the tool much more useful for us.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Hootsuite, we relied on each native platform’s own scheduling and reporting tools. Now everything is accessible from a single dashboard, which has streamlined our workflow, saved time and removed some of the hassle that comes with being a one-person social team.

 ### 23. Hootsuite Keeps Multi-Client Social Media Organized from One Dashboard

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kanika K. | Senior Social Media Manager, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

Hootsuite keeps my work organized while handling multiple clients. I work with makeup artists, jewelers and local brands at SpearHead, so being able to schedule posts, track and manage everything from single dashboard saves my time.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

Pricing can be a little expensive or out of budget for smaller teams. Some advanced features are only available in expensive plans. Overall experience is good and no regret to choose Hootsuite.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hootsuite helps me manage multiple clients social media profiles without switching between different sites or platforms all day. It keeps scheduling and analytics in single dashboard. That helps client handling more organized and professional with brands like makeup artists and jewelers.

 ### 24. Easy Social Media Scheduling with Reporting, Needs More Flexibility

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gui P. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I think the reports are pretty easy to use, which makes it simple to show clients how their social media is performing. It's easy to schedule polls and create reports, and once a report is set up, it's pretty much done, making the process straightforward. The initial setup of Hootsuite is also pretty easy; it's like a walk-through with simple steps to connect accounts.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

I think you have a lot of limitations on the scheduling tool. So when you want to schedule a YouTube video, it's kind of limited. And when you wanna do many contents at the same time it's difficult as well. Like creating different formats for different channels, uploading that, like, you have to do once at a time. I think it would be great if I could schedule Instagram and Facebook posts, update the assets in the right forms for each one and do the copywriting different for each, but do it once for both.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I used Hootsuite for social media scheduling and reports. It was good to have one tool to schedule all social media channels for the clients. The reports are pretty easy to use and handy for showing performance to clients.

 ### 25. Easy Client Post Calendar with Convenient Editing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chun L. | Senior Learning Consultant, HR Shared Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

Ease of visualizing all the posts for all my clients in a single calendar with the ability to filter by clients. And the ease of editing each message from the calendar is really convenient.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

The pricing could be more competitive. The navigation to the social channels could be one click less and if would be nice to have a month view compared to the week view.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having the ability to track all my customer posts through multiple social channels, and the ability to schedule posts a year out is really beneficial.

 ### 26. Effortless Social Media Management with Quick Setup

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Basim S. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I really like Hootsuite because of its ease of use. The user experience is quite intuitive and straightforward, which saves me time as it's not too difficult to use. I appreciate being able to utilize the features that the platform has. Also, the efficiency it brings allows me to focus more on my core competencies. The setup was very quick and easy, letting me connect all my different platforms in literally no time.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

I think there's a few things. For example, the story feature on Instagram. It'd be good if it could include the stickers that are intuitive to Instagram. It'd also be good to have features like a countdown or a link within the story to your web page. I think that's very important. Maybe being able to interact with other users on Hootsuite.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Hootsuite for scheduling social media posts across platforms, getting ideas for posts, captions, and monitoring analytics to track post performance and find the best times to post.

 ### 27. Bulk Scheduling Makes Content Planning Effortless

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pooja G. | Social Media Manager & Creative Strategist, Retail, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I use Hootsuite for both my full-time role at an e-commerce startup niira and my freelance work, so there's always a lot of content to manage. Bulk scheduling feature really helps to upload multiple product posts. I plan everything in one go and not worry about posting later, which make my work routine feel lees hectic.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

Mostly I love the product. one thing I do miss is chrome extension. Most the times I browse niira's shopify store and it would be helpful to quickly push content from there instead of going back into platform every time.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It basically takes away the chaos of managing multiple accounts. I schedule, plan, and keep everything in one place, which saves time and helps me stay consistent.

 ### 28. Comprehensive Social Media Management, But Pricey

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Khalid K. | Freelance, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I like how Hootsuite brings all of my social media management into one place. Instead of switching between different platforms, I can schedule posts, monitor comments and messages, and track performances on a single dashboard, which saves a lot of time. We switched to Hootsuite because it offers better analytics, a unified inbox, and team collaboration tools all in one platform. The setup was quick and easy, connecting our social accounts took less than an hour, and we were able to start scheduling posts right away. Although there was a slight learning curve, the onboarding process was straightforward.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

One thing that doesn’t work as well for me with Hootsuite is the pricing. It's a very capable platform, but the prices can feel quite high, especially for individuals, freelancers, and small businesses that mainly need scheduling and basic analysis.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Hootsuite for managing social media efficiently, solving issues for businesses with multiple accounts. It consolidates everything into one platform, saving time by scheduling posts, monitoring interactions, and tracking performance. We switched for its comprehensive analytics, unified inbox, and collaboration tools.

 ### 29. Hootsuite is an effective platform to save me time and streamline my posts

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mary "Cathy" A. | Dietitian Consultant🌮 | Marketing Expert | Business Development✨ Freelancer/Contractor/Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 11, 2020

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

The centralized dashboard makes it convenient to manage, schedule, and analyze content across multiple social media platforms. It saves me time compared with the manual posting I was doing before.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

From my point of view, the price tiering is too high and doesn’t really make sense.

The dashboard can also be confusing and not very straightforward. At times it feels fragmented, which ends up adding to the time I have to spend navigating and getting things done.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I waste less time, miss fewer posting opportunities, and my online presence has improved. It also saves me from having to log in to multiple sites just to post.

 ### 30. Hootsuite Makes Scheduling and Social Insights Effortless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** alejandra G. | Marketing Coordinator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

Hootsuite makes it incredibly easy to organize and schedule content, especially with the ability to integrate many apps and accounts. Their insights and metrics dashboard is super helpful as it contains detailed information from our social media accounts. Their pricing is worth all the support and resources available, such as webinars, templates, and informational blogs.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

The only thing I dislike is the AI (OwlyGPT). It is very basic and not as innovative as I'd like it to be. I've tried it a few times to draft and improve captions, but the output is subpar.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hootsuite makes planning and organizing content as simple as possible, making my job easier by streamlining my workflows and allowing me to get more tasks done more efficiently.

 ### 31. Hootsuite Makes Multi-Platform Posting Fast—ALT Text Is Fantastic

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Miracle F. | Media & Outreach Coordinator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

Hootsuite makes the process for uploading multiple posts for separate platforms super quick! I work for a nonprofit that caters to the blind. ALT text is fire!

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

The performance score is a bit hard to gauge on there, other than that it is super useful in discovering trends. However, you have to be bit more strategic in navigating them for underserved audiences like the blind, low vision, and print impaired.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hootsuite allows for me to get my job done more efficiently in less time. As a Media & Outreach Coordinator, the social media management is a small portion of my role, and between filming or editing-- I need to be able to share content and schedule to work on other tasks!

 ### 32. Creative Captions and Easy Scheduling with Hootsuite

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alexis L. | Leasing Consultant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I love that Hootsuite helps me create creative captions for Instagram and Facebook! The Owly tab is truly helpful, and I love that you can schedule when you would like to post!

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

There's not really much that I dislike. If I had to mention something, it would be that my score does not increase anymore. My score used to go up a lot, but I am not sure what I would have to do now to help it increase.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hootsuite helps me draft captions, schedule post times, and even creates flyers for me. I find this very helpful and beneficial because it saves me a lot of time.

 ### 33. Great Entry-Level Tool for Social Media Management

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ryan S. | Social Media Marketing Co-Ordinator, Retail, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I think Hootsuite is a great entry-level social media management platform. I loved having all my social media feeds in a single location, which made it easy to read what people were saying and to respond. It was much easier than going to each individual feed. The platform made it simple to manage multiple social media accounts. Also, the initial setup was very easy from what I recall.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

We started running into limitations with Hootsuite and switched to Sprout Social. Hootsuite was great but it just wasn't meeting our needs anymore.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hootsuite made it easy to manage multiple social media accounts, having all feeds in one place to read and respond to comments efficiently.

 ### 34. Easy Scheduling and Great Performance Tracking for Beginners

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** laur m. | Stylist & Social Media Executive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

The calendar for the scheduling and owly gp, it gives amazing figures also and slows us to track and see how what we post preforms, i love how it also has the academy

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

Honestly not much I k ow we pay for help and it isn’t very quick but honestly that’s all really iv found everything very easy as a beginner it’s proven to be super helpful

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s a huge problem of scheduling on instagram then having to go ahead and do the same thing on each and every platform it is soooo time consuming this helps so much with being able to do it all at once

 ### 35. An efficient 360° platform that saves us time

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rémy T. | Marketing & Communication Assistant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

It's a very comprehensive platform that helps us manage our social media pages (planning, layout, data analysis, etc.).
It is easy to use and can be adapted to your needs.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

Customer service. Due to a problem, the API between our accounts and the platform was no longer working correctly.
I therefore submitted a ticket to resolve the issue, and after a month, it was resolved. But this delay is too long.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's an all-in-one solution that compiles part of my work in one place. No need to go to Linky to export figures; it does it automatically. It can also serve as an editorial calendar, eliminating the need to create one in Excel or another program. This saves me time.

 ### 36. Intuitive UI/UX with Powerful Social Media Management and Enterprise-Grade Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Facilities Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

The overall UI/UX is easy and acceptable. Everything works as expected, which means it's intuitive and effective. Social media is easily managed, and performs as I would expect it should. There are lots of additional features that larger enterprises will appreciate, including AI. I didn't go through any type of onboarding, and easily picked it up quickly.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

It's tough to adopt for SMB that are conscience of their marketing budget. The price point is at a place that larger organizations would get the most use of. There are a lot of features and reporting though.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's allowed me to manage and schedule all social media posts for a client. There isn't a lot I have to worry about from a performance standpoint, and it rarely fails.

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I love the analytic reporting! I use this feature regularly to update our team on performance, as well as insights to competitor's social media content.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

I wish you were able to re-order photos when posting multiple photos in one post. I have to go into the native platforms when I am posting multiple photo so I can rearrange them.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to see all of the scheduled content for all social media platforms in one place has been extremely helpful. This helps me see our content performance at a glance.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Taylor B. | Convention Services and Digital Marketing Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I like how easy it is to use, the versatility of the analytics you can pull, and how simple it is to connect multiple accounts. Customer service has also been helpful whenever I’ve run into any issues.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

I don’t think the price is too expensive for what it offers, although I do think there are more affordable competitors out there. I also wish there were an autosave feature, because I’ve lost posts I was working on before after being automatically signed out.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me schedule posts, stay on top of my content calendar, and manage posting for multiple organizations at the same time. I really like having everything in one place, because it keeps my workflow organized and easier to track.

 ### 39. Effortless Media Management and Scheduling in Just a Few Clicks

 ### 40. Streamlined Social Media Management with Ease

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** AldiloG A. | Social Media Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 25, 2025

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I use Hootsuite to schedule all of my company restaurant/bar/club Instagram feed and story. It makes manually posting 13 outlets easier because of the automation. It's simple and easy to learn, and the calendar view is way better than Meta Business. The breakdown for each post is great, unlike Meta, which is so cluttered. The initial setup was great and easy to learn and didn't require a long tutorial to understand.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

I don't like that Hootsuite won't let me bulk post stories. For example, I want to post 5 stories at the same time, but Hootsuite doesn't allow it.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Hootsuite to schedule Instagram posts for 13 outlets, making manual posting easier through automation.

 ### 41. All Our Social Media in One Place—with Easy Post Scheduling

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Electronics | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I love how it brings all of our social media accounts into one place. Instead of logging into different platforms, I can schedule posts—which I find to be the best feature—monitor activity, and check performance.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

As a regular user, one thing I dislike about Hootsuite is that some features can feel a bit overwhelming or buried in menus, especially if you only use the platform occasionally. It sometimes takes me longer than expected to find a specific setting or report. I also feel that limitations from certain media platforms don’t always translate clearly within Hootsuite. On the other hand, scheduled posts don’t always display exactly as they appear on each social platform. I would also appreciate a dashboard with a customizable view

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Hootsuite, we often had to log in into each social media accounts to publish content, check engagement and track activity. This made the process time consuming and increased the risk of missing posts or updates. In terms of ROI, the time savings alone make the platform very valuable. The onboarding experience was relatively straightforward and team members were able to start using the tool quickly. I have also found that some AIpowered recommendations are helpful for generating ideas and optimizing posts.

 ### 42. Easy social media management

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sarah C. | Director of Conservation, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 23, 2023

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I love that I can manage all of my accounts in one place, and visualize the posts in a calendar view. This is extremely helpful and helps me save time. I also like that Hootsuite keeps updating their offerings to keep current.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

I wish Hootsuite had a better way to pre-planning Instagram reels, stories, and non-standard posts. I always find the current system difficult to navigate.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows me to be able to manage multiple social media accounts in an easy, logical way. I save time, can coordinate campaigns, and plan a long-term strategy. I also like that I can easily reuse evergreen content because it is in my posting history ready to be reused and modified.

 ### 43. Best-in-Class UI/UX and Smooth Post Approval Workflow at an Affordable Price

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

Hootsuite has a great UI/UX, and it’s probably best-in-class. It’s also affordable. For our team, the ability to set posts up for approval is a huge feature and makes our workflow much smoother.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

Right now, there aren’t many strong options for doing comparisons through social listening, so this is immensely helpful for governmental organizations. That said, the features from Hootbio feel lacklustre and could be improved.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Originally, we were using Sprout Social, and it covered the basics we needed. However, we couldn’t all log in at the same time on the platform, which made collaboration difficult. When we switched to HootSuite, that issue was resolved, and it ended up solving much more for us as well.

 ### 44. Hootsuite: Social Media Mastermind

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Libraries | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 06, 2025

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

Hootsuite is an incredible social media tool for our content creation and scheduling. It allows us to schedule content ahead of time and also helps us create content with the AI component. Whenever I have a question, their team is always timely and helpful. We use Hootsuite everyday and love it! They also track engagement for you and recommend best times to post, as well as showing you data regarding social interaction.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

There are no downsides, as of now. They are constantly creating and changing! We had an issue where we lost our non-profit pricing - but I was able to catch it and follow up with them. They refunded us! I would prefer that if we are signed up as non-profit pricing, that they should send us a reminder if our documents expire. It's hard to remember.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is solving me having to post every day and manage multiple platforms. With Hootsuite, it helps me manage my time effectively by using one platform.

 ### 45. Effective Social Media Manager with Room for TikTok Improvements

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nil I. | Social Media Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I really enjoy using OwlyGPT to adjust the tone of my caption for each platform. The competitor analysis section is very useful to compare how we are doing overall and understand our competitors' engagement strategies. I also enjoy the 'Listening' section to keep up with what's new and get inspired for new content. The initial setup was pretty easy, and though there is a learning curve, the Hootsuite academy makes it fairly easy to understand.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

My biggest concern currently is an issue I have been dealing with on TikTok. When I schedule a TikTok post on Hootsuite, I am unable to choose the cover image of that video. When posted on TikTok, you are only given the chance to make edits to your video once a day for only seven days within posting. I have to take the extra time to natively go in the app and make those changes to maintain the overall image of our account and keep everything looking consistent. At times, TikTok denies my request to make edits to the video. Then I get left with two choices: Leave the video as it is and risk looking 'off-brand' or private/delete the video entirely.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Hootsuite to manage our social media in one space, moderate engagement, avoid native app switching, and for analytics. OwlyGPT helps adjust captions. The competitor analysis and Listening sections are also useful.

 ### 46. Seamless Social Media Management with Robust Analytics

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Management Consulting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 17, 2021

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I like the ease of scheduling and the view of the calendar. It's great that I can see content across multiple platforms and accounts in one spot. Seeing what's scheduled, live, and pending approval in a customizable and easily editable format is really helpful. I also appreciate the wide array of customizable analytics that Hootsuite offers, which I find to be one of my favorite features. The initial setup was easy for our team, which made the transition smooth.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

I hate that analytics isn't always 100% aligned with our native platform sets. There's always a big gap between what the native platform says and what Hootsuite provides, especially with LinkedIn. This might be a LinkedIn API issue or related to how Hootsuite and LinkedIn measure different metrics differently.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hootsuite schedules content across multiple platforms, lets me plan weeks in advance, and provides a customizable calendar view. It offers analytics that are extremely customizable, allowing easy visibility and editing across multiple accounts.

 ### 47. User-Friendly Scheduling, Cross-Platform Editing, and Insightful Reporting

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Liana W. | Employer Partnership Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

The capability to post far in advance and edit across multiple platforms is very appealing. It is user-friendly and easy to navigate.I also like how we can pull reports from our posts.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

It is a bit expensive when adding additional users. We originally set up our account and applied for the non-profit tax-exempt status. However, it was not applied up front, and we had to jump through several hoops to get it fixed.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hootsuite is literally a third person in our office. With a small and mighty team, it is difficult to plan so far out in advance and remember. The calendar feature is very nice, and I like how it shows you the creative within the calendar.

 ### 48. Super Easy Social Media Management with Hootsuite

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paul N. | Sales Representative, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I appreciate Hootsuite for how it makes posting to multiple social media accounts simultaneously super easy. The calendar feature is my favorite part as it makes posting and keeping track of my posts super easy. I can review old posts and schedule them up to a month in advance, which is really handy. The initial setup of Hootsuite was super easy, making it straightforward to start managing social media. Overall, I find it very useful.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

It could be a little difficult when I have to shorten everything. The AI is not fantastic; I usually end up having to use external tools like ChatGPT to help. Also, Hootsuite is still expensive for what it offers. Another thing that annoys me is that sometimes my accounts disconnect.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Hootsuite to manage social media. It solves the problem of posting individually to multiple accounts, makes posting easy, schedules posts, tells the best time to post, and tracks analytics.

 ### 49. Hootsuite Streamlines Social Media Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alexis L.

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I use Hootsuite to post to our Instagram and Facebook socials, and it makes it easier for me as I don't have to go to two different places to post. I like the AI tool, Owly, that helps me draft captions and emails. Instead of me having to think about a caption or email, Owly drafts it for me very quickly, which is really helpful as a leasing specialist because I am always doing so many things at once. The initial setup was actually very straightforward and easy to navigate.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

The only thing I would say is that a post had failed to post to our socials one day, and it didn't notify me. Notifications when posts fail, could help improve Hootsuite.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hootsuite lets me post on Instagram and Facebook from one place. Owly quickly drafts captions and emails, which is great since I juggle many tasks as a leasing specialist.

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I really like Hootsuite's analytics tool. It helps us get data on links and engagement and provides a base engagement rate, which I find really helpful because otherwise, I would have to calculate the averages across the three different platforms manually. I appreciate how Hootsuite serves as a catchall for our social media, allowing us to integrate, specialize, and tweak each post for multiple platforms with ease. It's efficient to use for Facebook and LinkedIn posts, and I can edit them for Instagram effortlessly. The partially AI-generated insights and analytics are a strong, reliable baseline, and I enjoy combining these insights with human thought for strategic planning. Regular updates and AI features have helped us move from manual tasks to a more automated system, making daily operations easier. It's exciting to witness the growth from zero to triple digits on our social platforms. Additionally, Hootsuite is light on the computer, easy to use, and really insightful and efficient for our team of eight.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

When making edits to a post draft, if I make one edit, it can reset platform-specific edits to the main draft. I wish I could individualize edits or track changes. That would make it easier as I often have to send posts externally to my team for feedback. There's room for improvement in terms of edits, track changes, and starting over. Saving drafts in a more cloud collaborative platform would be beneficial.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Hootsuite to integrate and customize social media posts across multiple platforms, which streamlined our process. It provides insightful analytics that save me from manually calculating engagement metrics, helping grow our presence from zero to engagement rates in the teens.
