## About Hootsuite
Most teams are still working with tools and workflows built for a different time — dashboards, approvals, and disconnected systems that slow them down. Many have added AI, but haven’t changed how work gets done. Social moves too fast for that. It’s why we rebuilt Hootsuite with AI as a foundation, not a feature. Hootsuite Social OS helps teams go from reacting after the moment has passed to acting in real time with AI that makes it as easy as chat. That’s how we’re transforming the way teams move, decide, and grow. Less time navigating software. More time acting on ideas. That’s the future we’re building. --- Hootsuite Social OS gives marketing, communications, and insights teams a connected system to detect what's shaping their brand in real time, understand what it means, and coordinate action across the organization before the window of opportunity closes. Hootsuite Social OS is a strong fit for marketing, communications, brand, and social strategy teams that need social intelligence connected directly to execution across the business, not another listening dashboard to monitor in isolation — so they can move at the speed of social and stay ahead. Hootsuite Key Features \> Real-time social intelligence: Lumen helps you detect the signals shaping your market, from brand perception and emerging trends to competitive moves and consumer shifts, surfacing the insights that matter and helping you act on them before the window of opportunity closes. \> Conversational AI orchestration layer: Ask Wisdom questions in plain language and get cited, actionable answers grounded in your live social data, brand context, and historical performance. And it’s all as easy at chat. \> Connected publishing and planning: With Perch, you can turn insights into scheduled or published content in minutes — without switching tabs or losing context. Unified customer care: Manage comments, messages, and mentions across channels in one place through Nest, with AI-assisted responses and workflow routing. \> Employee advocacy: Turn your most trusted voices — your people — into brand ambassadors. Parliament enables them to easily share on-brand content with their own networks to extend reach and reduce paid media dependency. MCP connectors for Lumen, Perch, and Nest bring Hootsuite Social OS capabilities into the AI tools teams already use, including Claude and ChatGPT. So teams can draft, schedule, publish, engage, and measure across all their channels via Hootsuite without spending every day in a dashboard, calendar, or compose box.

## Hootsuite Reviews
 ### 1. Hootsuite Review from a non-profit

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joshua R. | Communications Assistant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I really enjoy Hootsuite and how easy it is to use with minimal experience. The use of AI also makes it very simplistic and not overwhelming. I use Hootsuite's content calendar every week and have no problem keeping up with multiple posts across many different platforms each and every week.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

In my opinion, Hootsuite doesn't have any real downsides! i would note that there can be an issue where posts don't get posted via connection issues with the social media site you are using, which can be frustrating.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hootsuite makes it extremely easy to plan a social media content calendar and schedule posts in advance - saving me both time and money. Hootsuite truly makes my day-to-day job a lot easier.

 ### 2. All-in-One Social Media Management Made Easy with Hootsuite

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chandra S. | Site Reliability Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I like that Hootsuite lets me manage all my social media channels in one place, so I can schedule posts, respond to messages, and track performance without jumping between different apps.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

I find Hootsuite a bit expensive for what it offers, and the dashboard can feel cluttered and unintuitive at times, which makes it harder to navigate and manage multiple accounts efficiently.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hootsuite helps me save time by scheduling and managing content for multiple social media accounts in one place, instead of logging into each platform separately. It also gives me an overview of engagement and performance, which makes it easier to see what’s working and adjust my content strategy based on real data

 ### 3. Easy Multi-Platform Scheduling and Performance Insights in One Hub

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Newspapers | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I like the ability to post to multiple platforms from one hub. I like the ability also to compare our accounts to others in our industry. I think it's easy to schedule posts and also see how they perform.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

I don't like how sometimes posts on Hootsuite don't actually appear that way on the platforms. I also think the scheduling for "best times" is weird--it's different in different parts of the site. I also think it'd be awesome to include other options--stories, reels, etc.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had a problem with the Meta Creator Studio--for some reason, it had blocked our posts' ability to be shared. So, we went shopping for a way to make and schedule posts and settled on Hootsuite. We now post much more on LinkedIn and BlueSky.

 ### 4. Our social content approval process is finally streamlined

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daryl J. | Social media manager, Information Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I am a great fan of how Hootsuite allows one to manage a variety of social media profiles with the help of one dashboard. Simultaneously scheduling posts on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn will save enormous amounts of time. To illustrate, I can make a single piece of content and slightly adjust it to each platform and schedule it all at once. Streams feature is also marvelous in keeping us at the top of conversations by monitoring mentions and keywords.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

It can be somewhat disorganized, particularly when you have numerous accounts on social media and run streams. Locating certain historical posts or having dozens of drafts may be a minor inconvenience. The analytics reporting might be stronger out of the box as some of the deeper insights can be obtained through upgrading or integrating other tools. This is a small thing, but a more simplified interface designed to cater to the power users would be wonderful.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hootsuite specifically responds to the anarchy of dealing with a large number of social media at once. We wasted so much time prior to using Hootsuite, to log into individual accounts, manually posting, and hoping we did not miss any critical comments or mentions. Today, due to everything being centralized, our team can effectively plan what will be posted in weeks or months ahead across all channels. This has changed the way we respond to and use our social media presence to react and respond sporadically; to proactively and consistently respond and act to our social media presence.

 ### 5. Streamlined Social Scheduling with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maegan W.

**Reviewed Date:** May 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I use Hootsuite for scheduling social media posts and stories, which helps me keep everything organized and ready to go. It's great for storing all of our content, allowing us to easily whip up new posts by recycling old content. I love the team spaces feature as it acts like a final draft for all content to be reviewed before posting, which everyone can view to avoid surprises. The initial setup was fairly easy, which made the transition smooth.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

I would love to see the ability to include YouTube shorts in the same space as if I were to click TikTok or Instagram reels. Instead, I have to do it completely separate and it doesn't work well.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Hootsuite to schedule social media posts, keeping everything organized and saving daily time. It allows us to store and recycle content easily, and the team spaces feature helps us finalize drafts without surprises.

 ### 6. Effortless Multi-Account Scheduling Made Simple

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Krystal M. | Social Media Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

Something I appreciate about Hootsuite is how simple it is to manage and schedule posts for multiple social media accounts in one place. The app and desktop versions are user-friendly and easy to utilize.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

An area I'd love to see Hootsuite make improvements to is refining the suggested posting time. It seems to contradict the data available directly through Instagram.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Utilizing Hootsuite to map out content planning and scheduling posts to automatically publish has enabled me to gain back time in my day and work more productively.

 ### 7. Intuitive Design and a Central Calendar That Makes Scheduling Effortless

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Greg S. | Acquisition Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

easy to use interface with intuitive features. Good layout and great design. Makes scheduling posts really easy and saves us as a team so much time each week as we have a central calendar to share and schedule content.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

replying to posts could be make easier. Seems to take longer to process through comments and tagged posts compared to other platforms. Would like to see more options for adding specific notifications.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scheduling across multiple platforms and being able to easily copy or duplicate old posts and re-write. We used to struggle with content creation and scheduling, that has now been solved by the platform.

 ### 8. Powerful Insights, Needs Better Tagging Features

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I really like the interface of Hootsuite; the colors are very inviting and not cluttery, which helps us think creatively. I like the AI Owl that is there for content writing and creations, as well as the AI suggestions it gives for hashtags for various campaigns. These features are more customized than other applications for the same purpose. I also find the user interface very user-friendly. Hootsuite is quite intuitive in its interactive setup.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

One thing that I would really like to see improved from Hootsuite is tagging of people. Tagging has been an issue for us because our campaign tags a lot of our member organizations on social media. But through Hootsuite, I can only use the tags that I have saved on an Excel sheet. It would be nice if Hootsuite could access these applications where I just put @ and write a name, and it suggests me all the users that are there on that particular platform. Also, tagging on the photographs is an issue that can be solved on platforms like Twitter and Instagram. Sometimes in the beginning, I used to have problems signing in because the Google embed used to not work properly.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Hootsuite for its report generation, which helps us tweak social media campaigns. The scheduling feature is crucial for planning posts in advance of campaigns and special days.

 ### 9. Helpful tool for keeping social media work organized

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** James L. | Audience Engagement Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

The biggest benefit for me is having multiple social media accounts managed from one place. It saves time when scheduling content and monitoring activity across different platforms. I also like the calendar view because it gives a clear picture of upcoming posts and helps avoid gaps in our publishing schedule.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

Some reporting features could offer more flexibility for custom metrics. It can also take some time to learn where all the settings and tools are located

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our team used to post content manually on each social network, which was time consuming and difficult to coordinate. Hootsuite allows us to plan content in advance and monitor engagement from a single dashboard. This has improved consistency and reduced the amount of repetitive work involved in managing social media.

 ### 10. Intuitive for Scheduling, Needs Feature Expansion for Stories

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Neil M. | Global Community Manager - English , Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I like how Hootsuite is very easy to use, especially for post creation and scheduling. The planner and publisher features are straightforward and intuitive, making the process simple to understand. I also appreciate how user-friendly the platform is, which allows me to manage varied text for each platform and deal easily with video uploads, subtitles, and different formats. The AI occasionally helps and is a nice option to have. Lastly, I find it advantageous that everything can be done in one sitting, all in one place.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

The problem is, on desktop, Hootsuite is quite limited when it comes to specifically things like Instagram stories and TikTok videos. It lacks the ability to use many of the more essential and more useful features that you get in the app. We still tend to do those in the native app because the features are just not available in Hootsuite to make the most of the story function.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Hootsuite to customize and schedule posts across multiple global channels and track analytics, helping manage our 10,000,000 followers effectively.

 ### 11. Intuitive Scheduling and Amplify Streamlined Our Workflow, but Customer Success Fell Short

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

The ease of use of both the scheduling platform and Amplify employee amplification platform have been extremely helpfulThe ease of use of both the scheduling platform and Amplify employee amplification platform has been extremely helpful in streamlining our operations and enhancing overall efficiency. The intuitive design of the scheduling platform allows users to effortlessly create and manage appointments, reducing the stress often associated with coordinating team schedules. Furthermore, the Amplify platform simplifies communication, enabling employees to easily share their accomplishments and updates across various channels. This not only fosters a culture of recognition but also enhances collaboration within the team. Collectively, these tools have significantly improved our workflow, allowing us to focus more on our core tasks and goals..

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

Our experience with customer success hasn't been great. When we first started, we felt like there was a lack of helpful guidance to get us up and running effectively. Instead of receiving the support we needed, we were mostly given links to blogs and general resources that didn't always align with our specific use case. This one-size-fits-all approach left us feeling under-equipped to fully utilize the platform. What we really needed was more personalized, one-on-one support to help us navigate our particular challenges and ensure our success from the beginning.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helping to control posts that our employees are sharing with their networks of prospects and customers via Amplify. It's been a great way to ensure that brand tone and voice stay unified.

 ### 12. Hootsuite Makes Long-Term Content Scheduling Effortless

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emily M. | Marketing & Engagement Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

Hootsuite's calendar allows me to schedule out content weeks or even months in advance. In my position at a nonprofit, where I am 5 people, this is essential.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

The downside of using Hootsuite is that the suggested posting times are incredibly vague. It would be helpful if, with the analytic system, Hootsuite could provide more specific suggested posting times.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hootsuite is solving my lack of time. I am quite literally doing 5 different roles in my position and Hootsuite is saving me hours with the scheduling tool, the 2.0 inbox that allows me to comment or reply to messages without navigating out of Hootsuite, and I can edit posts before they are live directly in Hootsuite.

 ### 13. Effortless Scheduling and Content Sharing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Govardhan R. | ADR, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I love how Hootsuite makes posting on LinkedIn really easy with LinkedIn-ready posts. The categories for posts and the ability to sort them based on my needs and understanding are great. I can pick content based on type or product, sort it by date published, and even see how many colleagues have shared it before me. Scheduling new posts for the whole month is a breeze, and I can easily track which ones I have shared already. The initial setup was super easy and quick, just a 2-minute job. I honestly find no major issues with Hootsuite, apart from wanting a more intuitive auto-scheduling feature.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

The auto-scheduling feature doesn't work as expected; it doesn't schedule on its own. It feels tedious to manually go back and forth for scheduling.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hootsuite makes finding and posting LinkedIn content easy, allows sorting content by type and date, and helps me see past shares by colleagues. I can schedule posts for the month and track what I've shared.

 ### 14. Essential for Post Scheduling and Analytics

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mary M. | Communications Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I use Hootsuite for my work, scheduling posts, and using it for metrics tracking. I like the ability to make one post but edit it for separate platforms. I appreciate that I can tailor the voice for each platform and use best practices without making a million posts. I like the analytics feature and the use of a score to see how well I'm doing. The analytics are easy and understandable; I don't need to be an expert in numbers to understand how well I'm doing. Additionally, the initial setup was easy, and I did take the Hootsuite Academy course which helped.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

I wish that the AI features were more personalized to my organization's voice. The posting options created by AI are generic and don't work for my organization. I wish it was like other models that will remember how things have looked in the past and create optimized posts based on that.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Hootsuite to schedule posts and track metrics. It solves the problem of needing separate platforms by compiling metrics and allowing post creation in one place. I like tailoring posts for each platform and the easy-to-understand analytics that show how I'm doing.

 ### 15. Effective Analytics with a Few Downtime Issues

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amie M. | Media Coordinator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I use Hootsuite to manage social media accounts for my firm, and I like the analytics and reporting features, which make it easy to track analytics across platforms. The UX/UI is clean and intuitive, simplifying reporting. I prefer Hootsuite's setup and display for reporting to my executive team, and the visual reports and quick PDF export make it easy for me to review and share with multiple stakeholders. I also like the preview feature when creating a post, allowing me to quickly move photos around in a carousel and select which view best across platforms. Hootsuite makes reviewing analytics across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn straightforward, allowing me to visually see what content is performing well, track engagement, and audience growth. I'm a visual person, so I appreciate the automated graphs and the options to change graph styles to best report to my large group of executives. I returned to Hootsuite after trying another platform because it offers more analytics features that I prefer.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

Sometimes the preview that is displayed for Facebook or LinkedIn images is not how the post looks on the platform after post. I would love to see extended reporting features and ability to track audience growth over time in a line graph graphic to show year-over-year growth or any changes. I would love to see an auto save with draft posts. I have had many times where I am working on a draft in one tab, leave it open, and when I go back to it, Hootsuite has timed out and not saved my draft. This is frustrating and I often have to restart. I have had some issues with connecting our accounts and keeping them connected. I have had to reconnect many times.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hootsuite makes managing social media accounts easier with clean UX/UI, simplifies tracking analytics, and streamlines reporting with visual tools and quick PDF exports. I appreciate its ability to track content performance and engagement across platforms, and the visual reports for executive teams.

 ### 16. Powerful, but Cluttered UI and Rising Costs Make Hootsuite Harder to Use

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

What I like most about Hootsuite is that it brings everything into one place, making social media management feel organized and strategic instead of reactive. The ability to schedule content across multiple platforms ahead of time is a major advantage, since it supports consistent posting and stronger planning—especially when I’m managing campaigns or coordinating across different regions and audiences.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

One of the main downsides of Hootsuite is that the interface can feel cluttered and unintuitive at times, especially when you’re managing multiple streams or accounts. It’s a powerful tool, but there’s definitely a learning curve, and even simple tasks can end up taking more clicks than you’d expect.

Another challenge is the pricing. As you scale up by adding more users, accounts, or advanced features, costs can rise pretty quickly, which isn’t always ideal for smaller teams or more budget-conscious environments.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hootsuite solves the problem of having to manage multiple social media platforms separately, which can quickly become time-consuming and disorganized. Rather than logging into each platform one by one, it brings everything together—posting, scheduling, monitoring, and analytics—in a single place. That saves me a significant amount of time and lowers the risk of missing posts or overlooking engagement opportunities.

It also helps with the challenge of staying consistent. With its scheduling and content-planning tools, I can map out campaigns ahead of time and maintain a steady flow of content instead of posting reactively. This is especially helpful when I’m managing multiple campaigns, regions, or stakeholders and need to keep everything aligned.

 ### 17. Makes social media scheduling and monitoring much easier

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Natalie F. | Social Media Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

Managing multiple social media accounts used to take a lot of time because we had to log into each platform separately. Hootsuite made that process much easier by bringing everything into one dashboard. I can schedule posts in advance monitor engagement and keep track of messages without switching between different apps.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

Some advanced features are only available in higher plans which may not be ideal for smaller teams with limited budgets. The interface offers many options and can feel slightly overwhelming when you first start using the platform.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Now we manage campaigns from a single place which has saved time and improved coordination across the team. Scheduling content in batches has reduced repetitive work and made it easier to maintain an active online presence even during busy periods.

 ### 18. Made social media management much less repetitive

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tyler B. | Social Media Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

The publishing calendar is probably the feature I rely on the most. I usually schedule content several days ahead, and having everything laid out visually makes it easy to spot gaps or overlapping campaigns. It has cut down the amount of last-minute posting we used to do.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

There are moments when loading larger analytics reports feels slower than expected. I also think some advanced features are tucked away in menus that could be organized better.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our marketing work became harder as we added more social channels. Posts were being published manually, approvals happened over email, and it was easy to lose track of what was already scheduled. Hootsuite brought those activities into a single workflow.

 ### 19. Intuitive, Time-Saving Scheduler with Strong Features

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Caitlin P. | Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I use Hootsuite for scheduling and drafting social media content for multiple brands. It solves the problem of having to manually post via each individual platform, saving me time. I like that the platform is user-friendly enough that, while there is plenty of support available, someone totally new to the platform could easily pick it up and learn how to use it. It's very intuitive. It has all of the right features and isn't cluttered by too many useless ones. The support available is strong, which is a plus for me, as members of the team can easily pick it up and learn to use the platform with little training required. It feels like the right tool for our business in terms of being able to easily, frictionlessly create and schedule content.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

Some things that don't work for me are the limited team features in lower tiers, slow customer support, and the fact that some accounts can't be tagged directly in scheduling for various platforms. I'd also love for platforms like Reddit to be added, and more social listening features.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Hootsuite to save time by avoiding manual posts on each platform. It streamlines approvals for content drafts, making it easy and frictionless for our team to create and schedule social media content.

 ### 20. All-in-One Social Scheduling with a Helpful Calendar and AI Boost

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** PrivateJet W. | Segment Producer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I can do many of my socials at once. I also love the calendar option that definitely helps me not to forget. The AI intelligence is quite helpful when I am drawing a blank.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

I wish there was a feature to create video with AI help. I have had trouble getting in touch with support when I needed help quickly. Really just video would make this a one stop shop.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Manage multiple social media accounts from a single dashboard, streamlining operations. Also helping with tracking performance and other things. It is helpful

 ### 21. All-in-One Platform with Easy Post Scheduling

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Austin Y. | Social Media Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I love how I can keep everything together all under one platform. Love how I can also schedule posts for anytime. Also i've found that owly gpt works better than chat gpt

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

Honestly there isn't much i can think of that I dislike about hootsuite. I've loved it since i used it. If there is one thing, sometimes when i've used owly it'll get something wrong but normally im able to fix it

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hoot suite has solved an issue we had here at my workplace. Before me, they never had any kind of Social Media exposure. With Hootsuite, it shows recommended times so that I can post when our audience typically gives the most engagement possible and its been working

 ### 22. Saves Time with Seamless Social Media Management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lori F. | Executive Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I think Hootsuite is very user-friendly and easy to use. I'm able to copy and paste in and out of it effortlessly. It offers suggestions for hashtags, and shows us the best time for posting based on high traffic times, which I think is great. This allows anybody on our marketing team to easily manage tasks without extensive direction. The flexibility to create content in other platforms like Canva or using AI tools and then transfer it to Hootsuite is really helpful. The updates, which shifted our dashboard to function as a calendar rather than a mere feed, have been very beneficial. It was also pretty easy to set up initially; we just logged in and connected our social media platforms.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

There isn't any dislikes at this time. The recent updates have been great

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hootsuite lets us quickly manage multiple social media platforms, saving time by posting massive amounts of content all at once.

 ### 23. Effortless Social Media Scheduling and Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mario C. | Marketing & Product Associate, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I really like the speed and convenience of Hootsuite. It allows me to post to all of our social media platforms at one time, which is super convenient. The easy sign-on process makes it hassle-free, and once you've set it up for a couple of platforms, it's just a click and everything posts. Hootsuite's scheduling feature is fantastic because I can schedule all my posts for a whole week, and they just go out without me having to check every single platform. The initial setup was straightforward, with no challenges—quick and easy.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

Sometimes things don't work well, like when I schedule something and it doesn't go live due to an error, and it doesn't notify me about the issue. Also, the video codecs don't always work. For example, I couldn't schedule a video on Twitter because the codec was different from others, though I'm not sure if that's a Hootsuite issue or the platform's.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hootsuite solves convenience and time issues. It lets me post to all social media platforms simultaneously and schedule posts for the week, eliminating the need to manage each platform separately.

 ### 24. Great UI, Integrations, and Support—Scheduling and Instagram Posting Need Polish

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Steve D. | Digital Comms, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

UI and UX generally and the integratons available. Competitive pricing for us as part of a group. Support when needed has been effective and useful. Scheduling and the social analytics isn't perfect but performance is usually good. Haven't made use of the AI / intelligence options and features.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

Have experienced some issues posting scheduled content to Intagram - pushing notification to device doesn't always work well when a team or group is using this together.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scehduling and planning is the main probem being solved - the benefit of this means that it's straightforward to set out content for the week, or longer, ahead of time and respond to other things as they happen.

 ### 25. Helpful for managing multiple brand accounts without overcomplicating things

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kriti S. | Influencer marketing Specialist, Marketing and Advertising, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I use Hootsuite in my role as a Social Media Manager and Influencer Marketing Specialist at Barcode Entertainment, where we handle multiple brand accounts at the same time. On a normal day, I’m scheduling posts for different clients, checking comments, and keeping an eye on performance. Hootsuite keeps all of that in one place, which saves me from constantly switching between platforms.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

The biggest downside for me is that there’s no free plan anymore. We sometimes suggest tools to clients so they can test them before fully committing, especially smaller brands or founders managing their own social. Without a trial or free option, it’s harder to say, “Try this out and see if it fits your workflow.” I understand it’s a business decision, but it does make referrals a bit more difficult.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At Barcode Entertainment, we’re working across influencer campaigns, storytelling-led content, and brand collaborations that go live on tight timelines. Hootsuite helps me stay organized and consistent. I can map out content in advance, adjust when needed, and track performance without scrambling.

 ### 26. All in one for social, AI included

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amanda M. | Digital Marketing & Communications Director, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

Helps me get the job done quickly. allows me to look at real time analytics. Easy to use, doesn't require a lot of training. the AI writing help has been nice.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

Higher pricing, especially for a small team like ours. Would love to add in a way to tag companies, but it is on a higher tier than we can afford, so if I have to tag someone, I have to post it everywhere first, then go back in and edit all 15 posts, OR post directly in Facebook, which defeats the purpose.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

helps us manage multiple social media platforms. Helps with bulk scheduling for social media, provides good tools to see campaign performance including ROI.

 ### 27. Perfect Tool for Streamlined Social Media Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Julie F. | Director of Marketing And Development, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I use Hootsuite for all of my social media needs and I love it! It allows me to post to multiple platforms at the same time, and I absolutely love that I can program my posts ahead of time, taking the stress out of worrying about timelines and meeting deadlines. Hootsuite is super user-friendly, and I've never had any issues with it. My favorite tool is the planner, which lets me plan my social media posts weeks in advance and I love that it recommends the best times for me to post. The initial setup was super easy too.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

I think the AI feature could be improved. I usually create my content in Canva and then use ChatGPT to create my language. It would be great if I could do this all in Hootsuite.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Hootsuite to post to multiple platforms simultaneously and pre-schedule content, which takes the stress out of timelines and meeting deadlines.

 ### 28. My experience with Hootsuite has been very helpful because it allows me to manage.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Diego S. | Community Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

What I like best about Hootsuite is that it lets me manage all my social media accounts in one place. I can schedule posts in advance, monitor comments and messages, and track performance without switching between platforms. It saves me a lot of time, keeps my work organized, and helps me stay consistent with posting and engagement. It also makes it easier to collaborate with a team and keep everything running smoothly.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

What I dislike about Hootsuite is that it can feel a bit slow and sometimes not very intuitive, especially when managing many accounts or large amounts of content. Some useful features are locked behind more expensive plans, and the analytics could be more flexible and detailed. Also, the interface can feel a bit crowded, which makes simple tasks take more clicks than necessary.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hootsuite solves the problem of managing multiple social media platforms separately and manually. It centralizes scheduling, publishing, monitoring messages, and tracking performance in one place. This benefits me by saving time, keeping my work organized, and helping me stay consistent with posting. It also makes it easier to respond to messages and comments quickly, analyze results, and manage social media more efficiently and strategically.

 ### 29. Easy-to-Use Desktop Experience with a Clear, Visual Posting Overview

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Susan W. | PA USAW SafeSport Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

Hootsuite, on a desktop is easy to use and provides a clear, visual overview of upcoming posts. It was easy to connect to multiple social media platforms and provides accurate scheduling recommendations.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

Hootsuite, when used on the mobile version is clunky and difficult to navigate. There is no calendar overview and information is hard to find and access. It would be more helpful if the calendar function was accessible or if there was an option to access the desktop version on cell phones or ipads.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hootsuite provides one place to update across social media platforms, reducing time spent going from one site to another. It also provides metrics about popular times and topics on which to post about.

 ### 30. Streamlined Social Media Management with an Intuitive, Centralized Dashboard

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I’ve found Hootsuite to be an incredibly valuable tool for managing and executing social media strategy. The platform is intuitive and easy to navigate, making it simple to plan, schedule, and monitor content across multiple channels without unnecessary complexity.

Having a centralized dashboard provides clear visibility into messaging, timing, and consistency—helping ensure our brand voice stays aligned across all platforms. I also appreciate the ability to preview posts before they go live, which is helpful for maintaining strong visual quality and brand standards.

Hootsuite has streamlined our workflow, improved efficiency, and made it easier to stay proactive rather than reactive. It’s a reliable, user-friendly platform that supports both the strategic and creative sides of marketing.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

Hootsuite is a user-friendly platform that simplifies scheduling and managing social media content. It works well for keeping posts organized across channels. However, some of the reporting and customization features could be stronger. Overall, it gets the job done for everyday social media management.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The platform is intuitive and easy to navigate, making it simple to plan, schedule, and monitor content across multiple channels without unnecessary complexity.

 ### 31. Now we can fully control our social media campaigns

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Giustina T. | Content strategy coordinator, Hospitality, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

My favourite feature is the increased predictability and reliability of publishing. Our team was able to plan and align social media campaigns and content across channels. It has a lot of features to plan, coordinate content, and get approvals. And we've had good customer service when needed. The most valuable impact has been that we make fewer mistakes and execute the plan better.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

My least favourite thing is that managing multiple simultaneous campaigns can be cluttered at times. The range of features is good, but can also increase the time spent on content changes. This has slowed things down during busy times. Organising and managing previous posts can also be more challenging than it could be. Help is good, but it can still take some time to resolve issues.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hootsuite addresses issues with irregular publishing, fragmented content management and manual publishing to multiple channels. It helps us by introducing organisation to social media and saving time toggling between platforms. The many features enable scheduling, coordination and content management in one platform. My teammates have fewer post failures and improved campaign coordination, increasing productivity.

 ### 32. Great Content, AI Services, and Social Listening in an Easy-to-Use UI

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tiff P. | Creative Strategist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I like the content provided, the AI services, the easy to use interface (UI/UX), and the social listening tools that are provided with the paid accounts.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

The only thing that I dislike, and it really isn't fair, is the pricing. I do think that there are a lot of features available with the free account, but I wish that the entry point was a bit lower.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Problems? Well, I think that the best thing I have gotten thus far is the social listening. Also, the annual trend reports are always helpful. So are the blog posts.

 ### 33. Easy Scheduling, Customizable Posts, and Reliable Performance

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Broadcast Media | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

You don’t have to manually post to every social media account. Scheduling and posting are very easy, and I’m happy with it. There are so many features available that make it simple to customise each post for each social media platform. Great user interface and user friendly. Great performance, never failed posting.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

Cannot post certain formats for facebook. Only 1 video can be posted not multiple when it is possible to do that manually through meta business suite.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It saves me time and helps me arrange posts in chronological order. I used to struggle to remember to post, but when I scheduled through Hootsuite, it happened automatically. As a beginner, I found it easy to use.

 ### 34. Streamlined Social Media Management with Easy Integration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hope H. | Freelancer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I like that Hootsuite is easy to work with and allows integration on all of our social media platforms. The integrated AI and analytics are valuable features too. It makes us more efficient by allowing us to manage everything in one place. I also appreciate the good built-in help for understanding how to do something. Switching to Hootsuite from Buffer was beneficial as we found it better as we scaled up. The initial setup was fairly easy.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

I think making more short form videos on select topics would help. The training/help center is good but sometimes hard to find info or help on one topic.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hootsuite lets us manage all social media in one place, boosting efficiency. It's easy to use, integrates across platforms, and offers AI and analytics. The built-in help is useful when we need guidance.

 ### 35. Efficient Social Media Scheduler with Essential Features

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sophie C. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I use Hootsuite for monthly social media scheduling across Instagram and Facebook for my client, and I appreciate how it saves time. The calendar view helps me schedule posts for the entire month without having to go into each platform separately. I also like that the platform will raise flags when you're missing something in creating a post, or if a post doesn't publish as scheduled. The flagging system is helpful because I can easily retry posting again, ensuring I don't miss scheduled content for my client. I find the Facebook tagging feature works pretty well, allowing me to pick the exact page I'm referencing, which gives the content an organic feel. Additionally, the platform was pretty easy to set up, based on my experience setting it up for other clients.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

Nothing sticks out!

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Hootsuite for scheduling social media posts, saving time by scheduling a month with the calendar view. It alerts me to posting issues, so I can retry easily. It ensures accuracy with Facebook tagging, keeping content organic by referencing the right accounts.

 ### 36. Great for Social Media Planning but Needs More Flexibility

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sofia Vera C. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I use Hootsuite for posting on all social media platforms, and I appreciate its easy interface for planning in a calendar style. It allows quick planning for posting on multiple platforms and quick editing. I also like that Hootsuite provides analytics, including the best times and days to post, which helps me optimize my content. It’s easier for me to think about when to post and to move posts to different dates and times if I change my mind. I like knowing when my followers or non-followers see my posts often, which ensures I'm getting the best out of my posts.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

First of all, Twitter is not Twitter anymore, it changed to X. I would like Hootsuite to be more updated with those basic things. Also some video formats do not work with Hootsuite, it defeats the purpose of me being able to upload things. Also, I am not able to add music to my photos on Facebook or Instagram, which leads me more into using Meta. It would be great if I can also tag Instagram handles straight from Hootsuite. Another thing is when I want to move a post to a different month, I would like to be able to just drag that seamlessly, instead of going into each post and changing the times and dates on it because dragging it into another month is not possible.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Hootsuite for quick planning, editing, and checking analytics. It helps me optimize posts by showing the best times and days to post. The calendar-style interface makes it easy to manage scheduling and adjust posts.

 ### 37. A great tool for building and managing your personal brand

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tony F. | Parter, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

The calendaring functionality in Hootsuite is top-notch. My employer uses another platform, which is so completely inferior to Hootsuite when it comes to building your queue and being able to see it in a standard calendar week format. Also, Hootsuite has strong integrations with the obvious social platforms you need to use...although it's lagging on BlueSky.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

The only real issue with Hootsuite from my perspective is the cost. It's quite expensive and I would probably find it more valuable if I needed all of the analytics.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hootsuite allows me to schedule the sharing of links and articles that will be of interest to my followers. Having the calendar view is super helpful to me.

 ### 38. Centralized Publishing with Room for AI Enhancement

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Asmaa R. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I love that Hootsuite acts as a centralized place to publish all my designs on various platforms like Facebook and Instagram without needing to log in to each one. It gives me full control, allows me to see reviews, and track my numbers and everything in one spot. Getting set up with Hootsuite was very easy and user-friendly, which I liked.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

I think if you integrated AI features, it would make it more helpful by providing more guidance or recommendations. It would help increase my numbers, analytics, and make it easier to publish my designs.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Hootsuite to publish my designs on platforms like Facebook and Instagram from one centralized place, without needing to log in to each one separately. It gives me full control, reviews, and I can see my numbers.

 ### 39. Effortless Multi-Platform Posting with a Great Calendar View

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marc B. | General Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

Being able to post to multiple social media platforms all at once. The calendar view is great as well. Also being able to see what my competitors are doing is awesome

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

I wish it would have some native features built in, instead of having to go outside into other paid apps. Having zapier built in would be great. Same with Asana.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has made posting on social media much simpler. And I love how I can schedule my posts through the week. The calendar keeps me organized and the suggested time has helped with viewership

 ### 40. Hootsuite: Incredible Tool for Social Media Management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Primary/Secondary Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

Hootsuite has transformed the way we manage our school’s social media, becoming an essential part of our daily workflow. It has streamlined our processes and made it much easier to stay consistent and organised.

Getting started was quick and straightforward. We were able to set up our accounts and onboard the team efficiently using the wide range of online resources and tutorial videos available. The dashboard is intuitive and easy to navigate, even for those who aren’t particularly tech-savvy. Since we post daily, this simplicity is key to helping us keep our community engaged and informed.

Integrating our social media accounts with Hootsuite is generally seamless, although occasional reconnections are required.

One of the standout features for us is the approval workflow. As an organisation, it’s critical that we have checks in place to ensure all content aligns with our policies—particularly around safeguarding children. This functionality gives us confidence and control over what gets published.

We also highly value the analytics tools. They provide detailed insights into post performance, audience engagement, and emerging trends. These insights have helped us refine our content strategy—for example, identifying optimal posting times and improving overall reach and impact. As a department, we track and report key metrics monthly, and having everything in one platform makes this process incredibly efficient.

In addition, Hootsuite’s customer support has been excellent. Our account manager, Grant, regularly checks in to ensure we’re getting the most out of the platform and is always available to answer questions. Alongside our quarterly reviews, the team is responsive to any ad hoc queries or requests. This level of support reflects Hootsuite’s strong commitment to our success.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

While Hootsuite has generally been a reliable platform for our needs, we’ve experienced a few minor inconveniences. At times, there are occasional loading delays, which can be frustrating—particularly when we’re working to tight deadlines. These may be linked to our school’s internal network, but they’re still worth noting. That said, we’ve raised this with the support team, who have been responsive and helpful.

There is also room for improvement in the approval workflow. Currently, when a post is submitted for approval, images cannot be viewed in their full, uncropped format. This makes it more difficult to properly assess visual content and ensure it meets our standards. As a school, safeguarding children is a top priority, and we need to be confident that no sensitive information is visible or compromises student privacy.

Introducing a full-view image preview within the approval process would make a meaningful difference, improving both the efficiency and thoroughness of our reviews.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Centralised platform: The way it lets us manage everything from one dashboard. We can easily schedule, publish, and keep an eye on our posts across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, without multiple logins. This is also applicable to analytics – we can see the "big picture" of post performance, engagement, and more, without having to go through each platform.

Checks: Having the approval workflow in place helps us ensure we are safeguarding children by ensuring no sensitive information is posted on social media.

 ### 41. Hootsuite Makes Multi-Platform Scheduling Simple

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alexandria M. | Senior Social Media Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I like the ability to schedule my content all at once to multiple platforms! I've tried other scheduling tools and none of them make scheduling as simple as hootsuite!

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

I don’t like that we can’t actually schedule Google Business posts, because that’s the one area I really need. On top of that, I don’t like that I can’t geotag a general city or broader area—it has to be a specific location, and even then the places I’m looking for aren’t always available.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I’m the only person at my company managing social media for 20+ clients, so this really helps me streamline both posting and analytics and get everything done in a timely manner.

 ### 42. Effortless Social Scheduling with Smart Best-Time Posting

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I like how easy it is to schedule social media posts across various platforms, as well as Hootsuite's capability of identifying the best times to post on a specific platform. It makes it easier to ensure my content reaches our audience.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

Recent updates to Hootsuite has made it a bit more painful to easily schedule. It's small things like not giving me a preview to the name of an image so I can easily remove it. I like to add all the images to the "your post" section and delete the ones not needed across platforms. Now I have to either individually upload to click on each image to see which one it is before I can delete it. I also dislike how sometimes, a post just won't go through or it will double-post and I get no notification about the issues until well after the post goes live and it makes us look stupid.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At the moment, Hootsuite is helping us organize our social media content for publishing and keeping our content calendar aligned with our business goals.

 ### 43. Saves Time, Perfect for Managing Multiple Profiles

I love how handy it is because I don't have to switch in and out between profiles like other platforms such as Meta Business Suite, and I can cross-post at the same time between different pages. I also appreciate being able to edit the caption slightly for each page, instead of creating completely separate posts. It saves so much time. I find the analytics that Hootsuite provides really great, including the suggested times to post. The initial setup was really simple and user-friendly. These things make Hootsuite a really great platform.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

I think it's a really great platform. It would be a dream one day to be able to schedule TikToks with it too!

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I use Hootsuite for content creation, and it helps me schedule posts easier because I can write straight into the dashboard. I like how I can switch between Facebook and Instagram easily. I like how easy it is to use; it's very user-friendly. I also appreciate that I can go onto different accounts very easily without signing in and out, and do it across platforms. I also like how other people can review my content. The initial setup of Hootsuite was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

I don't like how I can't tag an Instagram. For Facebook, when I tag, the actual Facebook account pops up, but it doesn't for Instagram, so there could be an error if I type in the wrong account.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hootsuite helps me schedule content easier as I can write directly into the dashboard, switch between Facebook and Instagram effortlessly, and manage accounts without logging in and out. It also allows others to review my content, enhancing collaboration.

 ### 48. Hootsuite’s User-Friendly UI with Powerful All-in-One Analytics

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Performing Arts | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

Hootsuite’s UI/UX is easy to navigate and genuinely user-friendly. What I like most about the platform is having detailed analytics and ads reporting all in one place, which makes it much simpler to review performance without jumping between tools.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

A few of my criticisms of Hootsuite are that it doesn’t offer an option to post collaborations with Facebook Reels or to add music to Instagram carousels. Those native Meta features are extremely helpful, so it’s frustrating not to have them available here. I also find it annoying that I can’t schedule YouTube videos and view them within the “Plan” view.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hootsuite enables us, as a small team, to manage a wide variety of platforms and make data-backed decisions without needing to integrate a bunch of separate analytics dashboards. Content scheduling is a huge benefit for our organization, and tracking historical data would be a nightmare without Hootsuite.

 ### 49. Hootsuite helps to handle social media strategy and calendar for my clients

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Samantha L. | Social Media Manager, Marketing and Advertising, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

Managing editorial calendars for my agency's clients involves a lot of moving parts. I love that I can schedule posts across Instagram and TikTok in one window instead of jumping between apps all day. The AI features actually come in handy when I need a quick spark for a caption or some hashtag ideas after a long day of concept presentations.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

The mobile app feels really limited compared to the desktop version. It doesn’t offer the same functionality, so I often have to switch back to my laptop to get things done. When I’m on the go and can’t finish tasks on my phone, it gets pretty frustrating.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At Monks, we’re all about digital transformation and staying ahead of the data. Hootsuite helps me centralize everything so I can maintain client relationships without getting lost in the manual posting weeds. It makes pulling those monthly performance reports much faster since all the KPI tracking is already living in one place.

 ### 50. Huge Time Saver with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kay S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I have been using Hootsuite for over a decade. Hootsuite saves me a lot of time by enabling me to schedule our social media posts in advance. I appreciate being able to spend a few hours on a single day to handle this task rather than doing it in real time. The calendar function is really handy, allowing me to visually see what I have scheduled for the next couple of days. Also, I'm a visual person, and being able to see the calendar and understand where I still need to post content is super duper helpful. Plus, it's an easy software to use.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

One thing I'd love to be able to do is to edit across platforms. So let's say I schedule a post across four platforms, and then I have to edit the graphic. I have to reupload the graphic to each platform as opposed to just making one seamless edit across all the way that you can when you're posting things for the first time. That's the only thing that I've come across that I would change.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hootsuite lets me schedule social media posts across multiple platforms in a few hours, which saves an enormous amount of time. Its calendar function helps me visually plan posts, making it easy to see what’s scheduled.
