The phone application is very deficient, as many times it stops and says no answer, where you have to restart it several times to be able to access. They should also do an update because there are many things you can do for your computer but not with the cell phone, and should take into account that not everyone has the resources to buy a pc, or failing that, some prefer for convenience work from the cell phone. I’d rather use the desktop client than the web client, sometimes the web interface give my people several mistakes or suddenly starts to create unknown columns with irrelevant information to measure or to hold on with. Actually this happens because the web client is based on the free version of the software, but once you get the full version of it this kind of bugs are solved and you don’t have to complain about these mistakes.
