What do you like best about Hootsuite Amplify?

The big advantage is scheduling social media posts in advance. I can observe twitter mentions or retweet people who shared my content. It works with Facebook and LinkedIn as well, but I find it easiest for using Twitter in a more organized way. Tambien it's easy to schedule social media posts for the next week, or even longer. What do you like best about Hootsuite Amplify?

Hootsuite is very intuitive, easy and you can schedule all your social network publications on one platform. It allows us to configure a variety of columns such as messages, TL, lists, etc., making everything very easy to control. It also allows us to program tweets and has a shortening of links that works great. Being able to search keywords on Twitter; Horizontal layout works albeit I wish there were more sizing options (the three aren’t much different from each other) as additional columns tend to get hidden. What do you dislike about Hootsuite Amplify?

The interface is either dated or, if deliberate, could use cleaner design; Twitter photo tagging would be helpful as I’ve gone back to posting on the network as opposed to scheduling depending on the post. I am a digital marketer and I love using Hootsuite because it allows me to schedule my content, review my analytics, and engage with my audience all in one platform! If you are someone who isn't social media savvy but find yourself doing the social media for your business, I recommend this platform as it is easy to use and understand. The only thing that I dislike is the customer service. I was having issues getting all of my social media accounts onto my Hootsuite profile and it took a very long time for their team to assist me, or even reply to my multiple voicemails and emails.
