I like the ability to schedule posts and have them go out at a later time. Its very easy and takes the stress off. I like being able to have more than one social media platform on the dashboard to look at. I like the calendar view and being able to see all the scheduled posts you have for the week or the month. I dislike the dashboard, sometimes it looks cluttered. I also will add a stream to show my scheduled posts but then the next time I log in, the stream is gone. I dont like the tool bar menu for locating different pages. It is small and sometimes disappears whenever I try having two windows open at the same time. What I liked the best from Hootsuite is that you can integrate all of your social media platforms and manage every single one from one place. From the platform you can program your posts depending on the time and social media platform you would like to post it from, and to whom you want to direct the post. Posts are easy to manage because you can schedule the content for when you want it to be published and who should see it. You can also answer any comments from the platform directly to the user. What I dislike is that Hootsuite has a lot of features that makes it confusing, when I took the certification exam fro the social media platform it was hard, to understand all of the features you need to actually use the platform and learn as you go. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

In our business, we use Hootsuite software to manage our valued social media accounts and maintain an online presence on all the platforms with a click of a button.

We are available on different social media like FaceBook, Twitter, Instagram, and Linkedin. We like doing 3 posts a day. One in the morning at 8 am, noon time and the last post before 5 am. Posting these posts on all the social media platforms one by one is time-consuming and tedious. We used to do that before discovering Hootsuite platform where you can just add one post and click a button that posts your message across all your selected social media platforms.

I like Hootsuite software because it is a big time saver, one post to all your linked social media is just an awesome Idea. Also, the feature of post scheduling is one next level. No need to worry about anything, now I can write all my 3 posts at once then schedule a publish time/date.
