We typically use it more as a thought leadership platform to share our own content and the content of others. As a result, Hootsuite is perfect. It allows us to track mentions and comments, as well as engage with others as necessary. I love that everything is in one place and it's pretty dummy proof. **What do you dislike about Hootsuite Amplify?** I wish you could access more information with the free accounts. What the offer for free is nice, but the jump to a paid version is just too high to justify at this point. I also wish there was a more robust analytics section. **Recommendations to others considering Hootsuite Amplify:** It's a great, free tool if you just need the basics. Can't really comment on whether or not the paid version is worth it. **What problems is Hootsuite Amplify solving and how is that benefiting you?** We're able to monitor all of our social platforms, schedule posts and engage with others all in one place. ### 2. We have found great use in scheduling posts for Facebook to engage audiences at times when they're online. ### 3.
