The mobile app works great. The posting to various social media platform works great. The scheduling for posting on social media works great. The support pages and FAQ really answer every question. It is pretty streamlined and easy to use. **What do you dislike about Hootsuite Amplify?** Like most apps Hootsuite offers a free limited version and a paid verson. The monthly plans range from $19 to $599!!!!! Of course the more you pay the better Hootsuite gets. One thing is that for detailed analytic reports you MUST pay. **Recommendations to others considering Hootsuite Amplify:** Hootsuite works well and is easy to use, but their pricing took a large jump over recent years. Reporting could be a bit more in depth in the general dashboard, and Insights package could be a bit more user-friendly and offer more useful data. There are a few glitches and workarounds with the Amplify package as well. The only thing that seems to be consistent is the scheduling tool, which even then has its glitches and workarounds. It is valuable to have options but at the same time, certain tools are more valuable for certain companies and audiences. **Recommendations to others considering Hootsuite Amplify:** Ask questions and get referrals to other companies similar size. **What problems is Hootsuite Amplify solving and how is that benefiting you?** Overall, social engagement and monitoring is a big job and there were not easy ways to address all the questions. We had previously used other platforms and many people were off on their own. We had disparate audiences all trying to figure out how to report and share what was being done. Hootsuite offered a unique opportunity to streamline that data. While we still work in different groups, it is a bit easier to share the information now and we are able to compare apples to apples as opposed to apples to bananas and grapes. The value of the tools is such that we have actually moved forward to establish a collaboration. Together, our organization have developed a unique online course and in person engagement opportunities to allow folks not only to learn the basics of major social networks and how these social networks impact and influence the health care (as well as other) industries; and address professionalism. But even more so, the education and collaboration allow for the understanding of the metrics and social media monitoring through Hootsuite's tools.
