It does help prioritising where we sohuld be spending our team as CSMs. It really has changed the way we assess risks. **What do you dislike about Hook?** Still some issues in regards to data sync but the Hook team is great and work proactively to solve those issues. **What problems is Hook solving and how is that benefiting you?** easy prioritisation based on health score.
