I was able to learn the platform quickly and implement the solution quickly to resolve the email security issues **What do you dislike about Hook Security?** I wish there were more training programs for users who fail the phishing simulations. I feel as if there are only a few that I would use for phishing training specifically. **What problems is Hook Security solving and how is that benefiting you?** We currently are relying on hook security as a solution to a requirement for ransom ware and hacker insurance. It integrated easily with our O365 deployment. It also is easy to add/remove users with this integration. **What do you dislike about Hook Security?** The training videos are useful, but not always custom to your specific deployment which can create some confusion for staff. But overall, clear messaging and guidelines. **What problems is Hook Security solving and how is that benefiting you?** The monthly phishing emails are the best training you can do for staff. Despite countless "memos" and "classroom training" staff continued to fall victim to phishing attacks. With the monthly training, now our staff are on alert and have learned how to handle these threats. ### 5. For example Chase or Bank of America is not relevant where I am. Of all the templates, perhaps only 20-30% are relavant. **What problems is Hook Security solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are meeting our expected goal of teaching our personnel now to identify phishing attempts. Aside from that, it also has vindicated that majority of our users are already vigilant on that subject matter. ### 6. Everything is done within your email, so users don’t have to sign into a different platform to complete the instant training or LMS courses. Our customer success rep is always responsive and helpful. **What do you dislike about Hook Security?** Some content is not relevant to our targets, so I spend time customizing templates for our campaigns. Customizing system emails, like course reminders, could be improved as there are some limitations when you want your branding or formatting to look a certain way. But overall, Hook accomplishes the basics of what we need from a secuirty awareness product. **What problems is Hook Security solving and how is that benefiting you?** Improving unsafe email habits for all employees. They are learning how to identify phishing attempts that result in fewer clicks. The benefits also include creating a more cyber-aware culture and improving our security posture as a company. ### 8.
