The different tasks you can create and assign. You can also populate due dates to keep personnel on track. It provides a logical step by step history of the problem. I like that it gives you he ability to record why you changed or added any information, sometimes this isn't required but when something has changed or a deadline has been pushed, its helpful to record why some of those things happened. There are a number of different records that are created as you move through the process of closing a non-conformance, it can be difficult at times to track back to the beginning. A modern interface that makes navigation easy for any basic user. 2. Queries that are simple to execute and that can be used to find any documents in TrackWise under a multitude of different search criteria. 3. Adding electronic signatures to documents using the system is pretty painless. 4. Good way to effortlessly pull up an audit trail of controlled documents that go through TrackWise; i.e. what were the changes between the current revision of a document and the original 6 months ago? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about TrackWise? 1. Sometimes pulling up a document from TrackWise's database is not as fast as it should be. 2. Does not always flow well with the other database management software that we use in conjunction; have to adjust and accommodate changes in format and spacing that automatically occurs when transitioning documents between TrackWise and other software. 3.
