It builds family trees to manage an audit or deviation and it's corresponding corrective and preventative actions in one place. **What do you dislike about TrackWise?** Trackwise is hard to use and is not a user friendly system. It requires step by step instructions on how to move the record i.e. audit or deviation to the next step and if an error is made, it requires an admin to re-open the record or move it to a previous state. This can cause delays and frustration for the user. **What problems is TrackWise solving and how is that benefiting you?** Trackwise maintains Quality Records such as deviations, audits and their corresponding Corrective, Preventative Actions (CAPA) as well as Effectiveness checks for each CAPA. ### 2. It is an industry standard and as such the FDA knows what to expect when you say that is what you use. This is great because it wards off numerous questions. Having all your quality elements is super valuable for this remote age. **What do you dislike about TrackWise?** Some of the custom configurations in Trackwise can be quite challenging when the system is upgraded. I would challenge companies to stop over customizing to fit their paper based system and try to get closer to out of the box. **What problems is TrackWise solving and how is that benefiting you?** Real-time collaboration, ability to access and process events from anywhere, click of the button metrics, I can name so many ways that this system makes life easier in a heavily regulated industry. ### 8. It's a great way to go paperless for investigations, quality events, and trend analysis. Eases maintaining compliance **What do you dislike about TrackWise?** Search functionality is limited. It can be difficult to train all users to enter information in the same way so that it can be referenced in search results later on. High training barrier to ensure all are using it the same way within the organization. Needs a better "fuzzy" search to ensure all results are found when trying to track occurrence of an incident. We're not integrated with only TrackWise so we manage multiple software programs. **Recommendations to others considering TrackWise:** Look at all your necessary QMS needs and assess the capability to manage those needs between ETQ, MasterControl, and Trackwise. Find 1 solution that best fits all your needs to avoid multiple QMS systems. **What problems is TrackWise solving and how is that benefiting you?** Great audit-ready compliance system. ### 14. We utilize them for the change control process mostly here and it helps with traceability as well as ease to review, look at previous edited version of the document. The system allows approvers to independently approve a certain document or in a sequence as needed. **What do you dislike about TrackWise?** Trackwise has a pretty friendly interface but the functionality is very broad and not very intuitive for first time users. We've encountered a few glitches in the system before where it doesn't allow us to upload documents or not notifying the right personnels for review and approval. If I may suggest something I would simplify the system first and allow customers to build "customized extensions" depending on the needs. **Recommendations to others considering TrackWise:** Solid piece of software already. **What problems is TrackWise solving and how is that benefiting you?** The system has saved us so much paperwork that could happen due to misprints. Also since approvers can review and approve online, electronic approval has helped the flow to proceed in a much more efficient way, rather than having to wait for someone to be physically at work. On the compliance side, Trackwise provides great record keeping for traceability and ease to review online, which is definitely helpful when it comes to searching for historical records. ### 15. You can adjust the search query which helps to sort and filter data entries. **What do you dislike about TrackWise?** I dislike the use of the “Family” function. It makes it difficult to find related objects and sometimes the link to family items does not work. **What problems is TrackWise solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use Trackwise to organize product complaint data and corrective action plans. It is beneficial as it clearly explains the plans and shows dates, approvals and pending actions. ### 16.
