Donor CRM, year-end donor tax statements, reports, and Excel exports help administrators and volunteer treasurers manage donor relationships and maintain records. REGISTRATION, MEMBERSHIPS, AND SPONSORSHIPS Collect registration payments, manage memberships, and organize sponsorship revenue alongside fundraising activity. HometownLift is designed for community organizations that need these workflows in the same platform rather than separate tools for each program. EVENT TICKETING, STORES, AND CONCESSIONS Sell event tickets and scan tickets at entry, offer merchandise through an online store, accept concession orders through station QR codes, and coordinate preorder pickup. These tools support the volunteers working the gate, snack bar, merchandise table, and pickup station. VOLUNTEER AND ORGANIZATION OPERATIONS Coordinate volunteer schedules and track volunteer hours. Use Equipment Accountability to manage equipment tracking and Project Boards to organize tasks. Administrators can review activity through reports and export information to Excel for recordkeeping and treasurer handoffs.
