I really love how easy it makes interacting with my clients and reviewing properties together. The pro feature with the customized website and newsletter sign up feature has helped me capture new leads. In order to communicate with agents within the app, the agent must have their notifications turned on. Otherwise, they may not receive the text. A work around for this issue is to us the direct text method.

Also, when trying to email an agent, the property information (such as address and mls#) does not automatically load into the email. When working with multiple properties, if I do not write this down ahead of time, I have to start over to capture this information. This slows me down a bit. I love that Homesnap Pro+ manages my Google reputation for me and sends me updates on how it is doing. This makes me seem more credible to my growing base of millennial clients and being easier to find definitely helps my business. It also give me access to their one-click review tool that enables me to quickly send review requests to my clients from within the app to ensure that I am doing my part. Please stay away from this company, their customer service is terrible, I have been going back and forth via email and they don't resolve anything, the only thing they are after is your money and they will start charging $299 and after the first year they go up to $ 599.00, and they will charge to the credit card every year, I had to cancel my credit card and they never send you a notice or anything, and if you cancel, they do not give your money back and they don't care, this is a big scam in my opinion, for your own good stay away from this company, better off spending that money in Facebook or Google ads Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
