I signed a six-month contract with Homesnap concierge at the cost of $3300. After four months into the contract, I have only received three hot leads which one of those leads was my personal phone number, and the other two hot leads were unemployed and could not qualify for a mortgage and have no money to purchase a home. This lead service is terrible. Several other leads came out with auto-reply that they would be working on my behalf to qualify those leads however, nothing came of them. I have called support management several times for help without any progress.

I love that my clients feel like they have the upper hand when I send them this app. It feels like it's mine. Being able to send homes and message right from the app is so convenient.

And Homesnap Pro has been a great investment! Having them mange my Google profile and post for me makes it appear that I'm always trying to be on my game.

I would say at the normal price I probably wouldn't have invested. I purchased for $99 and I think that's what the cost should be. There's no huge standout feature that I can see being worth $500+. But I don't dislike anything about the platform itself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Homesnap helps my ability to multitask by keeping my Google Business Page updated. Homesnap Pro reminds me, to update my Google Business Page regularly. Whenever I'm to busy, Homesnap generates postings for me! The memebership is worth the value! I refuse to use another lead genearation platform, muchless another homesearch platform! I love the convienance, of snapping a picture of a property and all of the properties facts pull up! This app allows me, more time in my extremely busy schedule! Unauthorized Charges on your card on file without notice. I had to cancel my cards with the issuers. Nonexistent customer service. " Thank you for calling Homesnap. All our representatives are unavailable due to company-wide meetings." is the standard message every time you call. I bet the meetings are for dreaming up more ways to scam agents. The sham of a lead service Concierge is hollow promises, take money, no transparency, fake leads,fake comminicwtion, fake status , misrepresented service, 0% conversion rate. Not 24/7. Do not make outbound phone calls, if thAttorney General is listening. This is a widespread violations of Chapter 5 of the FTC act. This is a very expensive hoax. Don't fall for it. As a Realtor, Homesnap is an easy app to use on the road or in an armchair watching TV. It is easy to check listings, make appointments, and contact their agents. I have used the app to see an agent’s listing/selling area when I want to refer a client and I have used the listing maps to get to know an area better and check listings in that area. Buyers can text me listings from Homesnap that they are interested in and when I click on them, I can see the Bright MLS agent remarks that the client can’t see. It saves me from signing in and searching the MLS. Homesnap is the MLS in an app that agents and their clients can use. Can you tell how valuable it has been to me ?! Sometimes, it is difficult to ‘Search an Agent’s Name’ if the spelling is incorrect or they use a nickname. It would be helpful if the app could show possible name choices as the name is being typed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
