What do you like best about HOMESAGE.AI?

In the insurance sector, the accuracy of property condition data is paramount to our underwriting decisions. What I like best about Homesage.ai is their Computer Vision technology. It allows my team at ShieldRock Insurance Group to get an instant, AI-driven assessment of a property's exterior and structural condition directly from images. The TLC Analysis and Property Condition API provide insights that traditionally required a physical inspection. What do you dislike about HOMESAGE.AI?

While the AI insights are incredibly deep, the platform’s interface can be a bit technical for non-IT staff during the initial onboarding. A more simplified, executive-level summary dashboard for quick underwriting approvals would be a great addition. Homesage.ai has solved the problem of high-cost manual inspections and outdated property data. Before implementing their solution, we often relied on aging public records which didn't reflect the current state of a property. Now, we use their real-time data and Price Flexibility Score to understand market trends and property valuations accurately. This has reduced our underwriting turnaround time by nearly 40% and significantly improved our risk-pricing accuracy. What do you like best about HOMESAGE.AI?

As a Principal Investor, my success depends on how quickly I can identify undervalued properties before the rest of the market catches on. What I like best about Homesage.ai is its Computer Vision capability. It’s the first platform I’ve used that actually "looks" at property images to assess condition and provides a realistic TLC (Tender Loving Care) Analysis. Instead of manually scrolling through thousands of listings, their AI flags properties with the highest investment potential and provides a remarkably accurate Price Flexibility Score (PFS), which tells me exactly how much room I have for negotiation. What do you dislike about HOMESAGE.AI?

The platform provides a massive amount of data, which can be a bit overwhelming for a new user at first. I would love to see a more simplified "Quick View" dashboard specifically for mobile, as I’m often on-site at properties and need to pull up ROI and Cap Rate calculations instantly. Homesage.ai has solved the problem of manual due diligence and data fragmentation. Before using this platform, we had to jump between MLS, public records, and manual cost estimators to project our fix-and-flip profits. Now, we get a full property report—including ARV (After-Repair Value), renovation recommendations, and historical tax data—all in one place. This has reduced our research time by at least 70%. For Wright Capital Properties, this means we can make confident offers on off-market deals faster than ever, significantly increasing our quarterly acquisition rate and overall ROI.
