"Nice ATS system!"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Homerun?

It is easy to use, the system is continuously updated, if there are any questions, the helpdesk is there for you right away, it is a compact system in which you can make many changes yourself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Homerun?

Actually, we like the system very much and there are really things that can be changed, but they are already working on them in the background. So for now, nothing! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"This used to be a great app but after they've redesigned it, it's almost physical pain to work with"
1.5/5
What do you like best about Homerun?

Managing of the job add is pretty good, together with team collaboration and tailoring application forms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Homerun?

UX of organiasing and managing job applications used to be good and useful, but now it's terrible. Either this has shifted from being useful to single user reqruitment teams or is broken alltogether Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great for companies that want to create a creative hiring page on their own website"
4/5
What do you like best about Homerun?

Homerun excels for companies seeking to create a dedicated hiring page on their website and process in the back. The implementation is straightforward, and the customer support is helpful. The platform’s different stages and email templates for accepting or rejecting candidates are essential. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Homerun?

Homerun isn't ideal for those looking to hire directly through platforms like LinkedIn or Indeed. The analytics also seemed off for users that came trough LinkedIn/Indeed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to use and everything in one place"
4/5
What do you like best about Homerun?

The editor is very easy to use while making a new job post and you can style your job post very well. The communication with candidates and the central place to keep track of their progress in the process. You can use different stages from initial application to a disqualify or a match. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Homerun?

Since it is not my every day tool I sometimes get lost in where to find some older job posts to reuse. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"great tool for Efficient Hiring Process"
4/5
What do you like best about Homerun?

Homerun has made our hiring process more efficient. The user-friendly interface is easy to navigate, and the customizable job pages allow us to create a unique and engaging experience for potential candidates. I enjoy how we can easily collaborate with our team on candidate evaluations, making the decision-making process faster and more transparent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Homerun?

While Homerun is a fantastic tool, it could benefit from more advanced analytics features. Sometimes, we need deeper insights into our recruitment data to fine-tune our strategies, and the current analytics options feel a bit limited. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy, affordable, and great support"
5/5
What do you like best about Homerun?

Homerun works simple. It has a pleasant interface and you can easily create clean and professional vacancies. Homerun is separate from your company's website, so even if your company website is not flexible and/or easy to edit: Homerun can do it. Easy to review candidates and what I personally really like: very good support. Quick response by 1 of the professionals of Homerun Support. Your recruiter and hiring team will love it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Homerun?

The composer is very good. You can use drag blocks of text etc easily. Link with Instagram, podcasts and much more.

Something that could be better: you cannot make the images smaller, so they are quite screen-filling.

Also Slack-integration can be better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Homerun was very helpful for our team for finding other team members or interns every 4-5 months!"
5/5
What do you like best about Homerun?

The most helpful thing about Homerun is its ease of use and the flexibility it gives to different users simultaneously. With that being said, we could track other teams' applicants and their profiles, which made the hiring process easier for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Homerun?

Receiving emails for every single login would make the peak of the hiring process difficult. I would use different devices to track the applicants' profiles every time I received an email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
