## Homerun Reviews
  ### 1. Easy to use and nice interface

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lianne d. | People Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 27, 2024

**What do you like best about Homerun?**

I like the look and feel, and how easy to use the platform is. Great overview, easy to keep track of candidates. Also great that there's a "private" comment option. Easy to move candidates from one stage to another.

**What do you dislike about Homerun?**

Some small interface features (such as moving a candidate to another stage) could be improved.

**What problems is Homerun solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Super easy overview to keep all your applicants in one place - easy to see which candidate is at which state and what comments/reviews colleagues have written.

  ### 2. The tool gives a nice overview of the steps in the Hiring process

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Entertainment | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 18, 2024

**What do you like best about Homerun?**

The most helpful part of using Homerun up until now has been the possibility to review candidates' CVs within the website itself (preview). If we had to do this by downloading/redownloading the CV document every time I wanted to see it half my day would be full.

Besides the possibility to leave comments for the candidates helps coordinate with HR for follow-up steps in the hiring process. We usually have two interviews so any open points can be mentioned in the comments and picked up in the second interview.

I was unfamiliar with any hiring tool, but the UI is easy to get used to.

**What do you dislike about Homerun?**

The amount of standard notification email. All candidates that apply will be screened, first by looking at the CV and if there is a potential match by phone. This is handled by an external party, but I got emails for every application done, this filled up my email inbox and was not very useful to me.

A daily summery of the applications and the status of certain candidates would have been better in my opinion.

**What problems is Homerun solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The organizing, planning, and tracking of all our applicants. For me as a User, it means everything is in one place, comments, documents, details of the candidate, etc.
It also gives me the option to directly communicate with a hiring team in homerun itself instead of using something like slack or whatsapp

  ### 3. Useful, and simple to use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex S. | PM, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 21, 2024

**What do you like best about Homerun?**

I've used Homerun for over 4 years for recruitment. It is easy to use, and quite useful. I like how it integrates with our current IT systems.

**What do you dislike about Homerun?**

Functionality is sufficient, but to do better it could provide extra functionality.

**What problems is Homerun solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Recruitment for the entire company. It helps us fill over 20 different positions in our company

  ### 4. Very user friendly,

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Public Safety | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Homerun?**

User friendly, lots of features, holiday bookings, reports, document storage

**What do you dislike about Homerun?**

The system can be a little slow on rare occasions - buffering

**What problems is Homerun solving and how is that benefiting you?**

All HR functions in one place - reporting feature is spot on, picks up patterns in sickness

  ### 5. Easy to use and communicate with applicants.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Fernanda L. | Assistant mannager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 02, 2024

**What do you like best about Homerun?**

That you can write an email and have the conversation available for the team, you can also leave comments that really help with the internal communication.

**What do you dislike about Homerun?**

Until now no complains. All the features that I need work well. I never needed customer support so I cant talk about it, but that is also a good sign in my opinion.

**What problems is Homerun solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have people applying and we can imediatly filter the profile and contact the person directly on the website, that makes the procedure fast and we don't loose time with going on several places, as everything is condensated here.

  ### 6. Great tool for hiring!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jo B. | Senior Product Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 30, 2024

**What do you like best about Homerun?**

It's a great tool for easily seeing all the candidates, their resumes & answers & where they're at in the process.

**What do you dislike about Homerun?**

I found that when evaluating candidates it would be more helpful if there was more functionality to help with collaboration - e.g. where different colleagues could leave feedback separately.

**What problems is Homerun solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Simplifying the application process, and helping us to ensure our time to hire is as quick as possible.

  ### 7. Great ATS!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joerie v. | Corporate Recruiter, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 24, 2024

**What do you like best about Homerun?**

Love the UI, very straightforward. The scorecard feature will be very helpful as well as it would result in not having to use external sources for this. Customer support is always super fast in handling any inquiries as well.

**What do you dislike about Homerun?**

Sometimes it would be helpful to have a better database type of tooling backing it up. It would be helpful to search for certain technical keywords in candidates resumes for example.

**What problems is Homerun solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's keeping things super organised for us. I'm not even using it to the extend I could be using it (not using the events feature so far for example) as I don't have enough time to incorporate it yet. It's very easy to use in terms of UI and the templates save a lot of time as well.

  ### 8. Game-Changer for hiring

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** 👀 Niels M. | COO & Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 03, 2024

**What do you like best about Homerun?**

With Homerun, creating a hiring page for your company is very easy. Any hiring manager can implement it. Showcasing your company makes it easy for applicants to understand your company's culture.

It's very easy to use, especially if you use it frequently; it makes it a breeze to manage applications with the number of features they offer.

**What do you dislike about Homerun?**

If you receive an email notification from a new applicant, you must log in to their portal and cannot see some details in the email, probably due to privacy regulations.

**What problems is Homerun solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Communicating with my team about candidates is very easy. Also, communicating with the applicants is managed in the system.

  ### 9. A very good interface.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nagaraj M. | Quality Analyst Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 26, 2024

**What do you like best about Homerun?**

Has been very useful in the recruitment process at my company, to look at the job openings we have, to review the candidates profiles and then track all the activities from all the stakeholders for the interview process. This is like a one-stop solution for recruitment. I like this application a lot.

**What do you dislike about Homerun?**

Not that I dislike it, but it would be great if we receive notifications for all the activities that one is a part-of.
For example, once I have commented for a particular candidate, I would like to recieve notifications for all the future comments for that cadidate, which currently is not the case.

**What problems is Homerun solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Recruitment in our company.

  ### 10. Good Recruitment Tool

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Transportation/Trucking/Railroad | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 22, 2024

**What do you like best about Homerun?**

I started working with Homerun recently and I think it is a useful tool to keep track of the recruitment process and keeping the contact details of potential and qualified candidates

**What do you dislike about Homerun?**

Not necessarily a homerun flaw but I get more unqualified applications than I expected for the open positions. People tend to send their CVs even if their background is completely irrelevant to the requirements.

**What problems is Homerun solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows me to ask screening questions in advance and get an overview of whether the candidate match the description or not.

  ### 11. Nice ATS system!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jaron B. | Recruitment Business Partner , Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 21, 2024

**What do you like best about Homerun?**

It is easy to use, the system is continuously updated, if there are any questions, the helpdesk is there for you right away, it is a compact system in which you can make many changes yourself.

**What do you dislike about Homerun?**

Actually, we like the system very much and there are really things that can be changed, but they are already working on them in the background. So for now, nothing!

**What problems is Homerun solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me get candidates in a flow, it allows for more time, I can follow candidates well in the application process, I can easily work from my to-do's, I have an overview when candidates go for interviews, I can work ahead.

  ### 12. This used to be a great app but after they've redesigned it, it's almost physical pain to work with

**Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michał P. | Tech Team-lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 16, 2024

**What do you like best about Homerun?**

Managing of the job add is pretty good, together with team collaboration and tailoring application forms.

**What do you dislike about Homerun?**

UX of organiasing and managing job applications used to be good and useful, but now it's terrible. Either this has shifted from being useful to single user reqruitment teams or is broken alltogether

**What problems is Homerun solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Handling of jobs application which as of recent change is done pretty poorly

  ### 13. Easy to use

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Manufacturing | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Homerun?**

Rather easy to use.
Integration rather easy.

**What do you dislike about Homerun?**

Can't see any issues with it at present.

**What problems is Homerun solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy to keep track of holidays and sickness

  ### 14. Great for companies that want to create a creative hiring page on their own website

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kenan J. | E-commerce manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 04, 2024

**What do you like best about Homerun?**

Homerun excels for companies seeking to create a dedicated hiring page on their website and process in the back. The implementation is straightforward, and the customer support is helpful. The platform’s different stages and email templates for accepting or rejecting candidates are essential.

**What do you dislike about Homerun?**

Homerun isn't ideal for those looking to hire directly through platforms like LinkedIn or Indeed. The analytics also seemed off for users that came trough LinkedIn/Indeed.

**What problems is Homerun solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Homerun helps us track applicants from different websites, organizing them into stages like rejected, interview, and waiting for a reply. This makes it easy to manage our recruitment process. The automated replies also save us time and keep communication with candidates efficient and consistent.

  ### 15. Easy to use and everything in one place

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 03, 2024

**What do you like best about Homerun?**

The editor is very easy to use while making a new job post and you can style your job post very well. The communication with candidates and the central place to keep track of their progress in the process. You can use different stages from initial application to a disqualify or a match.

**What do you dislike about Homerun?**

Since it is not my every day tool I sometimes get lost in where to find some older job posts to reuse.

**What problems is Homerun solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can easily keep track of different job posts and the applicants.

  ### 16. great tool for Efficient Hiring Process

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Internet | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 05, 2024

**What do you like best about Homerun?**

Homerun has made our hiring process more efficient. The user-friendly interface is easy to navigate, and the customizable job pages allow us to create a unique and engaging experience for potential candidates. I enjoy how we can easily collaborate with our team on candidate evaluations, making the decision-making process faster and more transparent.

**What do you dislike about Homerun?**

While Homerun is a fantastic tool, it could benefit from more advanced analytics features. Sometimes, we need deeper insights into our recruitment data to fine-tune our strategies, and the current analytics options feel a bit limited.

**What problems is Homerun solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Homerun enhances team collaboration during the hiring process. With features like shared candidate reviews and feedback, everyone involved in the hiring process stays on the same page, which leads to more informed and unified decision-making. This collaborative approach has improved our hiring efficiency and ensured that we select the best candidates for our team.

  ### 17. Easy, affordable, and great support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 17, 2024

**What do you like best about Homerun?**

Homerun works simple. It has a pleasant interface and you can easily create clean and professional vacancies. Homerun is separate from your company's website, so even if your company website is not flexible and/or easy to edit: Homerun can do it. Easy to review candidates and what I personally really like: very good support. Quick response by 1 of the professionals of Homerun Support. Your recruiter and hiring team will love it.

**What do you dislike about Homerun?**

The composer is very good. You can use drag blocks of text etc easily. Link with Instagram, podcasts and much more.
Something that could be better: you cannot make the images smaller, so they are quite screen-filling.
Also Slack-integration can be better.

**What problems is Homerun solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Homerun helps us put great vacancies online with ease. Collecting candidates in a GDPR friendly way and reviewing them through the hiring flow.

  ### 18. Homerun was very helpful for our team for finding other team members or interns every 4-5 months!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Faezeh M. | Moderator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 31, 2024

**What do you like best about Homerun?**

The most helpful thing about Homerun is its ease of use and the flexibility it gives to different users simultaneously. With that being said, we could track other teams' applicants and their profiles, which made the hiring process easier for us.

**What do you dislike about Homerun?**

Receiving emails for every single login would make the peak of the hiring process difficult. I would use different devices to track the applicants' profiles every time I received an email.

**What problems is Homerun solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Homerun, let us go through the hiring process from scratch to the end with so much ease. I will easily follow the steps and categorize each applicant's state due to the app's many different features.

  ### 19. Good starters ATS for small companies

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Reindert K. | HR consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 12, 2024

**What do you like best about Homerun?**

Easy to install
Easy to start working with people with not much hiring experience

**What do you dislike about Homerun?**

Manual entry of candidates can be more user friendly or automated
Connection / integration with Indeed / Glassdoor not working properly

**What problems is Homerun solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Collaborating with hiring managers with varioius organisation at the same time

  ### 20. Homerun is a good ATS system

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Erin M. | Hiring Coordinator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 01, 2024

**What do you like best about Homerun?**

They've been updating and adding features that are useful for the hiring process between teams. There's ways to rank and tag people in notes to ensure that everyone is aware of the candidates status at all times.

**What do you dislike about Homerun?**

Wish there was a way to weed out the "fake" applicants that don't fill out the application questions

**What problems is Homerun solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A central place to direct all candidates too, and giving access to hiring team members so we can take proper notes and keep candidates moving through the pipeline in a timely manner.

  ### 21. Easy to review and very user friendly

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Colin M. | Facilities Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 26, 2024

**What do you like best about Homerun?**

It keeps your candidates in order and gives you usful tools to help catagorise them.

**What do you dislike about Homerun?**

At the moment, I have not found anything that I do not like about Homerun.

**What problems is Homerun solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is keeping all our candidates in one area , and it makes it easy to understand and filter each one.

  ### 22. Everything in one place - easy to use!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Homerun?**

Layered access from front facing calendar or annual leave reviews, to more personal training certficate status

**What do you dislike about Homerun?**

Nothing as yet. It provides me with the answers I am looking for!

**What problems is Homerun solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It provides information on the training & approriate Certification status to help us meet our legal obligations

  ### 23. Best HR tool I've ever used

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Samuel R. | Production Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 30, 2024

**What do you like best about Homerun?**

Saves countless hours when reviewing applications of new candidates.

**What do you dislike about Homerun?**

I genuinely cannot think of a downside for it.

**What problems is Homerun solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It means I am able to keep all information and applications in one place and easily manage them.

  ### 24. Good experience with a clear overview

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bart V. | Operations Leader in Store, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 24, 2024

**What do you like best about Homerun?**

For me the benefits of homerun are the clear communications that we can have with the applier, as well as all the details that will be available

**What do you dislike about Homerun?**

It could be helpful to have a tool inside of it in which there is a filter of the appliers. For example, when they don't have a working permit, we won't see the application.

**What problems is Homerun solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A clear structure for us as a company to see what appliers we have and to gather the same information with every applier

  ### 25. Recruitment made easy

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marloes d. | HR Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 20, 2024

**What do you like best about Homerun?**

I love working with Homerun. The setup is quick and easy, within a hour you can be ready for your first job posting. The customer support responds quickly, when you have a question. Candidates can easely apply and for hiring managers it is easy to review applicants and check the hiring status.

**What do you dislike about Homerun?**

It is only in English, more languages would be a nice plus.

**What problems is Homerun solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We formely used just email for applicant to react on job postings. So using homerun saved us a lot of time, and its is ready for GDPR

  ### 26. Fast & easy to use

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Elger H. | Sales Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 19, 2024

**What do you like best about Homerun?**

It's easy to collaborate with others in the hiring process and have standardised messages to process applicants fast.

**What do you dislike about Homerun?**

It's not always very clear where to find applicant details. If you're not a very regular user it's not all super obvious and might take some clicks to find the right information.

**What problems is Homerun solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us automating a big chunk of the hiring process, which saves us a lot of manual work.

  ### 27. Very happy with our collaboration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Entertainment | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 21, 2024

**What do you like best about Homerun?**

It is very easy to use, both in creating a careerpage as in the following the recruitment processes and tracking candidates. Also price is fair - which is a huge plus. They are making a lot of positive changes, continuing to improve the platform. When we have a question it is answered fast. Our recruiter and hiring managers use the platform on a daily base so it needs to be good.

**What do you dislike about Homerun?**

Pricing used to be a bit more flexible before, this has changed recently and made the use of Homerun a bit more expensive for us.

**What problems is Homerun solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a careerpage & a way to track our candidates. Everything as much automated as possible but still keeping it personal.

  ### 28. Simple and easy to start using

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 17, 2024

**What do you like best about Homerun?**

I like it that I barealy had to read documentation to start using it. It's very intuitive to start at least the basic features.

**What do you dislike about Homerun?**

So far the experience has been quite positive, only thing I could point out is not saving some changes automatically and not being possible (as far as I know) to copy a job post without using the same template.

**What problems is Homerun solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helping me select the candidates by allowing me to introduce a form with questions. It's also helping me tracking the state of each candidate in the process and sharing notes with the team.

  ### 29. A clear and user-friendly ATS system.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 19, 2024

**What do you like best about Homerun?**

It is very accessible and almost as simple as a game of solitaire, with the drag and drop feature. Additionally, if you get stuck, the customer service is quick and friendly.

**What do you dislike about Homerun?**

Sometimes things change during further development and then you have to take another look at how it is configured. But the positive aspect of that is that the system is in full development.

**What problems is Homerun solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Overview, which candidates have we spoken to, who are we going to reject, with whom are we going to have a conversation, and additionally, very importantly, we should not keep CVs for too long that we actually should delete in the context of privacy legislation in the Netherlands.

  ### 30. Does what it should do in a pleasant manner

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Oil & Energy | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Homerun?**

Works as it should. Company professionalized in a big manner after their data breach and did not lose our trust.

**What do you dislike about Homerun?**

For massive hiring sprees we will not use homerun due to pricing

**What problems is Homerun solving and how is that benefiting you?**

hiring

  ### 31. A beautiful interface to make hiring a breeze

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Apparel & Fashion | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 26, 2024

**What do you like best about Homerun?**

The hiring funnel helps to visualise how candidates are progressing through the interview stages.

The new scorecards feature has made it a breeze collaborating with the rest of the hiring team.

Amazing customer service. They have AI help integrated into their chat to help me get to my answers quickly, if all else fails then a real human steps in.

**What do you dislike about Homerun?**

The product feels very well-rounded, and provides me with nearly everything I need to get my hiring done. I look forward to more integrations in the future.

**What problems is Homerun solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Homerun has helped me declutter my inbox by offering a tool that centralises and organises all my hiring needs into a single very user friendly interface.

  ### 32. Very easy to use for smaller businesses

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Human Resources | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 07, 2024

**What do you like best about Homerun?**

It's easy and intuitive to use. Also non-graphic people can make the careersite and you can keep a good overview of candidates. Also, non-HR people can easily be part/initiate a recruitment process. Easy accessible customer support.

**What do you dislike about Homerun?**

Once your number of vacancies go up (say 15+) it's a bit harder to keep an overview and for example keep the dashboard simple for multiple recruiters (who you still want to give access to all the open vacancies). That's because the icons are quite large. Nice to work with, but less with large numbers. I work as a freelancer at smaller companies so I usually recommend Homerun.

**What problems is Homerun solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Overview of different recruitment processes, privacy proof candidate handling, gathering feedback (although this could be better)

  ### 33. Homerun offers great opportunities for recruitment!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Debbie J. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 21, 2024

  ### 34. Great ATS - not interesting for Employer Branding

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sherina K. | Head of People & Culture, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 12, 2024

**What do you like best about Homerun?**

The main part about the proces is great and easy to work with.

**What do you dislike about Homerun?**

There isn't a poosibility to create a good Employer Branding part, as in several pages within a "work at" part of the website. Just the page with vacancies.

**What problems is Homerun solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The whole recruitment proces including the integration of HoorayHR which helps with onboarding is fluently and easy to work with for everyone.

  ### 35. Easy to setup, fully functional for seamless recruitment process.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Asier V. | VP & Business Unit Leader, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 22, 2024

**What do you like best about Homerun?**

It's really easy to use by any user. We bring new colleagues to the platform and we don't have to explain them at all how to use it, they just get it.

It needs to be easily integrated with enterprise platforms.

**What problems is Homerun solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We do the recruitment process through Homerun. It's very easy to use by anybody. And it's fully functional, it has all the functionalities we need for a medium size company.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Goods | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2024

**What do you like best about Homerun?**

It's simple, has structure to the hiring process, and has a visual presentation.

**What do you dislike about Homerun?**

You have to set roles very carefully to ensure limited visibility when you don't have a dedicated recruitment department and multiple people have access.

**What problems is Homerun solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In a smaller business (25-45) we don't have a dedicated HR/Recruitment domain. As a result, we make domain leads responsible for the hiring process. The Homerun platform provides an easy-to-use approach, and it's easy to maintain a structured approach and visual presentation. It simplifies the hiring process and allows for proper management of the process.
