Could be quite overwelming with first time users. **What problems is Homerun solving and how is that benefiting you?** Homerun offers a way to also keep in contact with the applicant. You can chat, mail its all in one system. ### 4. This is the best part of the platform as the UI is very easy to follow and it does offer some intuitive options. Most employees can treat it and use it as self service. **What do you dislike about Homerun?** The reporting and custom features need some improvement. Where a very strong ATS like a Greenhouse or Lever offers a ton of custom features, Homerun needs to step up and add here. **What problems is Homerun solving and how is that benefiting you?** We're looking to take our reporting to the next level and HomeRun doesn't offer the visuals that we need.
