HomeInspector.com is free business software for home inspectors in the United States. It brings report writing, iOS and Android field apps, online booking, e-signature agreements, integrated payments, and a custom website builder together in one connected platform. The software costs $0: no subscription, no per-report fee, no setup fee, no contract, and no credit card. Inspections and reports are unlimited. The only third-party costs are card-processing fees on payments you collect and, if you connect your own domain, the domain registration. Inspectors can request an export of their data at any time, and every published report downloads as a PDF. Inspection reports are not shared with lenders. HomeInspector.com is built by Reggora, whose appraisal technology powers about one in four U.S. home appraisals. That business funds HomeInspector.com. In select pilot markets, inspectors can also take on optional paid work, collecting a floor plan and extra property data while they're already on-site ($25 per eligible scan). Switching from other software: our team rebuilds your existing template and comment library for free.
