Therapists log visits from any device in seconds, and the app auto-fills the correct agency and their pay rate. From those submitted visits, HomeHealthSync automatically builds the invoice for each agency you contract with, applying the right billing rate per agency and visit type. One click emails the invoice to your customer along with a secure portal link to every visit detail, with no PHI in the email itself. That same visit data drives contractor payroll: each therapist's pay is calculated from their submitted visits and per-visit rates, ready for you to review, approve, and export.
