What I like most about Homebot is how it turns complex homeownership data into something simple, visual, and actually useful for clients. Instead of overwhelming homeowners with numbers, it gives them a clear snapshot of their home value, equity, and opportunities—whether that’s refinancing, selling, or investing. What I like least about Homebot is that the estimated data can sometimes feel too generalized or inaccurate, especially when it comes to home values and equity. If the numbers don’t align with what homeowners expect, it can create confusion or even hurt credibility.
It also relies heavily on clients actually opening and engaging with the emails—if they don’t, the value drops off quickly. And while the automation is helpful, it can feel a bit impersonal at times without additional customization or follow-up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
