"Escapia for Property Management"

What do you like best about Escapia?

What do you dislike about Escapia?

The platform itself is not a very appealing layout, it's stuck in the 2000's with a very basic model. It also has a lot of bugs and errors, constantly rebooting to keep it running smoothly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Very Easy To Use"

What do you like best about Escapia?

I like that it is very simple to use, I can access my company's reports, home owner contact info, and company balance sheets very quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Escapia?

I dislike that it can be very slow sometimes. When I am downloading reports (specifically general ledger reports) it can take up to five minutes to load. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Escapia:

Although Escapia is a bit outdated, it is very easy to use and I would recommend this if you run/work for a small business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Escapia solving and how is that benefiting you?

Along with creating monthly statements for property owners, I have access to the company's balance sheet through Escapia so I can balance debits and credits. I've realized that I can access all my reports, checking accounts, and payables/receivables all in one section. It is very helpful, as someone who isn't a computer genius, it is straightforward. That it is designed specifically for our line of business. That you are able to provide feedback and suggestions for changes and they can happen Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Escapia?

That it is owned and run by HomeAway/VRBO and all of the negative changes with these companies that are affecting us, seem too all be tied together Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Escapia:

Make sure you are well educated about VRBO and HomeAway listing and the integration with Escapia. As well as, other products such as Glad, and their integration with escapia. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Escapia solving and how is that benefiting you?

Everything all in one software. No need for addition CRM software like NAVIS if you utilize Escapia properly and use LMS. Other software is integrated like Glad. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
