A Great Service - When it works **Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Writing and Editing | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** August 16, 2018 **What do you like best about HoldMyTicket?** HoldMyTicket is a great way to not only find out what events are happening around me, but also to secure tickets to the event as well. **What do you dislike about HoldMyTicket?** There has been more than one occasion when my ticket has not been accepted, or the event has been cancelled and my ticket has not been refunded. In these instances, HoldMyTicket acts like a true middle man, and leaves you in the dust to figure things out with the vendor directly. It's not the best user experience OR customer support. **What problems is HoldMyTicket solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use this a lot when traveling so I can check out the local scene of wherever I am, and I get a chance to participate in some pretty neat events.
