The APP is not working correctly, it has too many functions to be an APP. I think they should simplify it and focus on the basic and essential tasks that can be done on a mobile screen with the APP and leave the others for the desktop version. Another improvement they should make is the fiscal section with the incorporation of tax models that are currently in BETA version and are necessary for tax filing. This is my 1st review of any software. It's that good. It's beautiful to look, easy to use and has almost everything I would want in a business management software suite. I've used every specialized software that caters to my industry and this is better than them all and significantly less expensive! I actually enjoy using the software (this is something I have never said about any business related software). Holded's support team has been excellent as well. The few times I have needed them, they have responded quickly, with information that either solved my concern or helped me understand the software better. There really are no dislikes. The closet thing to a dislike that I have is there are a few options I would like to see such as an offline mode for being able to continue entering data in the event the internet is down. Direct integration with U.S.A. banks would be great. The other nice to have is a proposal creation wizard with the ability to combine documents into a complete proposal. It would be really nice if chat was a menu bar option that could be assigned to a client, supplier, lead, project or internal. How intuitive it is

From our experience i will say you can eliminate many of the apps where we had all our info separated and actually add them all under Holded.

-Translations, it has few details which our foreign customers (engligsh speakers mostly) still have to read in spanish, even tho everything has been set not to, specially when sending invoices, the email they receive still have some parts in spanish.

-Automatic Receipts: We are also missing an automated receipts system that can send as soon as we receive the funds, or manually mark when a sale has been done, to send a receipt to our customers

-Being picky: When setting up your customers, writing their email, by default first letter will be in capital letters. I can't stand that ;P Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Holded has a very complete set of features unlike other huge competitors who offer 1/3 at 5 times the price. The platform is not only well designed, covers a lot of use cases, is robust and enable bulk operations but also has a lot of automation features and an excellent reporting suite. Easy to operate, small learning curve, clean UI and above all scalable. What is really unique about the platform which we personally endorse is the Catalog feature, it opens a new revenue channel for our business. We have trialed and trialed and trialed other similar platforms but we were unsatisfied by the inflexibility and rigidness of their usage. I truly recommend everyone to really give it a spin. There were a few minor bugs here and there but as i said minor, not only that but the team in Holded has an outstanding support performance, they got in touch in less than an hour and updated us precisely on the course of progress for the fixes that were required.
