**What do you like best about HOA/POA Manager?**

Easy to use for a small community. The software has been extremely straightforward for our small community of fewer than 50 homes, and it’s been simple for us to get started and use day to day.

**What do you dislike about HOA/POA Manager?**

Nothing do dislike thus far. I would like to see more legal options, options to deal with homeowners who do not maintain their properties.

**What problems is HOA/POA Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For me, the most important aspect of this HOA software is how easy it makes it to connect with my neighbors in our small community.
