Otto is an AI chief of staff for small and mid-sized business owners, inside WhatsApp. Otto takes the day-to-day admin off a business owner's plate without asking them to learn new software. Send it a photo of a supplier invoice and it files it; leave a voice note and it keeps the names, amounts and dates. It tracks unpaid invoices and drafts the reminders, sends a short brief every morning and keeps an eye on upcoming deadlines. Sensitive actions such as sending an email or recording an invoice need the owner's go-ahead, and a log of everything Otto has done is available in the client dashboard. Each customer gets its own isolated environment, hosted in the European Union. Otto serves business owners in France and Côte d'Ivoire. A product by HNTIC.
