HMS Flow is a cloud-based hotel management platform that consolidates property management, channel distribution, direct bookings, housekeeping, guest relationship management, and rate monitoring into one dashboard. The software replaces disconnected systems with a unified solution, allowing staff to manage reservations, check-ins, room assignments, and guest folios through a color-coded interface. The channel manager syncs rates and availability across platforms like Booking.com and Airbnb in real time, preventing double bookings. A built-in booking engine supports commission-free direct reservations with secure payment processing. Housekeeping tools enable task assignments and real-time status updates via mobile devices. Guest CRM features automate communications, build profiles, and support loyalty programs. Rate intelligence tools track competitor pricing for dynamic adjustments. HMS Flow is accessible on any device, with setup, channel mapping, and staff training included.
