Using the branded caller ID has made a massive difference in our connect rates.  We have seen substantial improvement not only in the number of people we connect to, but also the improved brand image linked to a trusted branded call.  

In addition, the support received from the entire HIYA team, especially our customer service manager is world class.  We trust that they are just a call away

HIYA lets our clients know who is calling and increases contact rates. Graphic branding is a nice touch. Metrics within the HIYA dashboard are useful.

It can be pricey. Only about 25% of calls receive branding and metric tracking.

The fact that our customers can see our Brand/Logo with a short information on our call reason is something incredibily helpful. Specially with the new generation mostly on SMS/Chats this will help greatly our reachability!
It's very easy to use and you can set it up in a few minutes. 
I highly recommend!

**What do you like best about Hiya Connect Branded Call?**

I believe that "the people are the product", and in most cases Hiya's team is very quick to reply, when I ask for assistance.

Beyond that, the Hiya portal is intuitive and easy, and getting the branded caller ID  set up is an easy process.  Branded ID services shouldn't take hours of time to set up and maintain - and since Hiya Connect doesn't take hours, I appreciate that.

Hiya's team has been quick to give us integration docs when we've asked for them, though the beauty of their online portal is you can still use it if you're not building an integration.

**What do you dislike about Hiya Connect Branded Call?**

Renaming groups of your phone numbers could be made easier (right now, to bulk-rename several numbers, you'd need to fill out Hiya's bulk-upload form each time).  The bulk-upload form, while it exports perfectly fine from Microsoft Excel, does run into some snags when you export it from Google Sheets.

We mostly use Hiya for caller ID branding.  We find that of the leads who answer our calls, the ones who get shown our name on their screen have a higher intent to go further through our funnel.

So far the data isn't show a huge uplift in connection / quote drates which is surprising. Will keep an eye on it over time though

Hiya is probably the company that offers the best support I have ever worked with. They are very responsive and provide additional reporting that gives you insights you can't directly get from the platform. I have worked with Ana as our account manager for a few years now and she is excellent.

Overall the platform data can be somewhat limited, but account managers make up for this with custom offline reporting that they can provide.

The console has a 2 day delay with regards to stats, however this is not a major issue as most companies are able to monitor this in house.

We love visualizing how our calls looks on people's phones,  and the added benefit of standing out to our prospects. 

Love the sales team being confident that they aren't being marked as SPAM.

With the different mobile providers, using Hiya is a must to display your company's name for customers.  More and more people receive unknown and spam calls that are unanswered.

The only dislike so far is getting faster response for setup from AT&T.

Having a branded caller ID allowed us to reach more customers and not look so sketchy when a random number shows on their screens.
