What I like best about Hiya Connect Branded Calling is that it allows our customers to immediately recognize that a call is coming from our organization. By displaying our company name instead of being flagged as "Spam Likely" or appearing as an unknown number, it increases trust, improves answer rates, and helps us connect with customers more effectively. The value was evident almost immediately after implementation, making it a simple solution with a significant positive impact.

One minor drawback is that, on occasion, we need to contact Hiya to work with carriers when our branded calls begin displaying as "Spam Likely" again. I think possibly it'd be nice if it had some sort of bulk pricing where you have a flat rate of cost. I'd say keep doing what they're doing. I think the more analytics they can provide and proof of the branded calls showing up, and if we're able to track that, it would be great.

I find that the solution is well constructed and we have a good relationship with our account manager who responds quickly to our requests. I also find that they are quite proactive.

I think their user interface on the back-office platform could be a bit clearer and a bit easier to use. It's not always easy to find exactly what you want to look at. And it would be interesting to also be able to configure alerts based on certain changes in a KPI.

I like that Hiya Connect Branded Call is customizable and personalized for each of our lines. We have over 600 lines, and it's great that we can brand them individually in different ways. During our cold calls for our financial services, having the caller's name, company name, logo, and the reason for the call displayed adds credibility. This feature helps increase our pickup ratio and reduces our spam rate. I also find it beneficial for branding calls, which I think is cutting-edge technology.

**What do you dislike about Hiya Connect Branded Call?**

The console is a bit not advanced. The way we upload numbers and make changes on the console is still in its early stage. I believe they need to invest more in that technology and the way it is managed by the admin. The initial setup was a little bit challenging in terms of creating the branding for each line, especially with having over 600 lines and over 1,200 numbers to be branded.

I don't always want branded calls. Often, when you're cold calling, you don't wanna have branded calls because people might avoid your call. So having an ability to toggle it on and off quickly would be good. And it also takes quite a long time for your number to be approved.

The support is great.  The team is very helpful with any of our questions and troubleshooting on number performance.  The reporting features are what I like most. We have several numbers, and it’s really helpful to be able to pull reports for each one.

I was disappointed when we could no longer keep AT&T under their account and had to find another source for those branded calls.

Use different numbers for different departments or areas of outbound calling to track connectivity better.  When you pull reports, it will give you an idea of what is working and what isn't working as far as numbers go.

It's so simple to set up; there is literally nothing to it—just register the numbers, set the branding, and go. Plus, I often recommend Hiya Connect Branded Call to others; I've even asked SVL to be a reseller and contacted our account manager at NiCE to reach out.

I find Hiya Connect Branded Call pretty easy to use. The interface makes it really easy to set up or change configurations, which is a big plus. Operationally, it has made a difference in our call center by helping us connect with our customers. The UI is intuitive, and the support from our manager is really good and responsive whenever I need to contact her. But really, we could easily do it all ourselves without needing much assistance.

Currently we need separate reporting updated daily for existing network AND Vodafone - identifiable separately. This will be a big pain managing utilization and performance without it. Also, the higher cost of Vodafone makes this even more of a need.
