What do you dislike about Hiver?

Hiver side panel has been the same since the initial days. Could become exhaustive with other channels coming in. Can bring in Shared label alongside shared mailbox in the side panel. Maybe tonality, AI tags etc could show up as prompts for easier application of tags. You can also drive AI to learn user behaviour and start to perform daily mundane activities. What do you like best about Hiver?

I had previously used Hiver for Gmail via the web extension and it worked perfectly for keeping my team organized and assigning tasks. Currently the Hiver HQ site offers a fundamentally similar experience for my Team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hiver?

Unfortunately, Hiver HQ and Hiver for Outlook just do not seem to be as well optimized as this tool was for Gmail. Several Key features seem to be missing in terms of customizability and function is just overall worse. What do you like best about Hiver?

Hiver provides the functionality to manage a shared email address between multiple people directly through Google's email interface. New emails pop into the Hiver managed folders where your assigned team can all see them. It's very simple to manage the emails through assignments, comments, and tags. Hiver takes the chaos of a Google group or shared email address and adds a layer of functionality and workflow. It is a gamechanger. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hiver?

I don't like that there is a need for Hiver. This is not an issue with Hiver but with Google. Google needs to buy Hiver and integrate this functionality directly into their email service. This functionality is necessary for many business customers and would be a big selling point for Google's enterprise services. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Hiver?

With Hiver, we are able to maintain a remote team that is able to communicate effectively. Hiver allows us to turn email into a "ticketing system" of sorts, without having to add an additional piece of software. Being able to assign emails and communicate in the notes section makes it easy to collaborate, and also keeps all of the details about each email attached to the email so that we never have to search for information. Hiver was easy to set up, and works seamlessly with GMail. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hiver?

The only downside that I've found so far is that you have to manually enable and disable auto-responders, instead of being able to schedule them like an out of office reply. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Hiver?

The automations are great for tagging and assigning projects. It is much easier to look at than other email programs. It just looks like you are in Gmail. The click up integration has been helpful for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Hiver?

If you need a ticketing system, but you cannot get rid of GMail, that's the best thing to add to shared mailboxes. It's also super easy to implement and use, as it's nicely integrated with GMail layout. I also appreciate the quick support from Hiver team in case we have any questions / feature requests / problems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hiver?

Built-in analytics is very simple for now, so you'll probably have to prepare your own based on the "csv import" feature. SLA function is also quite basic for the moment, but at least you can set up a simple version from the start. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
