Hively is SO easy to use. I can attach it to my email signature - in the form of a smiley, neutral face, or frowning face - to have clients leave feedback on my performance! On their end, it's as easy as clicking one of the faces and then (optionally) putting in written feedback and/or their name. They can also leave feedback anonymously.
