Basic Review Software **Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Allie M. | Digital Marketing Analyst I, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** June 15, 2020 **What do you like best about Hively?** 1) The platform is very basic, thus easy to use. 2) I also like that you can compare your review progress week after week or around other date sets. 3) You can also compare yourself to your teammates easily 4) Branding is good! **What do you dislike about Hively?** 1) At it's very core, I don't like this kind of review system for client facing positions. In my experience, this review link made clients feel like they "had" to submit a review or couldn't be totally truthful because it is easy to track back. 2) even after you leave a company, you will still show up in their metrics if you search the business name and Hively together. That is annoying in my opinion because some of the reviews are years old and still up after you left the company. **What problems is Hively solving and how is that benefiting you?** When clients did submit via Hively, it was to highlight outstanding service or less than ideal service. This helped to keep the rest of the team accountable because if you get a negative review, it brings the team metrics down. Management also leveraged Hively reviews to determine bonus amounts. While I don't agree with this activity, it does motivate people to provide outstanding service. ### 2.
