While we started the whole exploration of engg. efficiency with skepticism, the insights from Hivel very quickly showed us low hanging fruits like open pull requests that were sitting there for a long time, and not on anyone's radar. We were able to clear cross team dependencies, push features to end users, and made internal rules to ensure no PR sits idle for more than a week. This allowed engineers to be happy ensuring their work goes to Prod and doesn't sit dark on their machines.
