What do you like best about Hive CPQ?

The dynamic configurator can be programmed to your requirements in every respect. If you have requirements that are not available, they will provide a solution by expanding their package. The integration between their package and your own ERP software is customized to your requirements. Adjustments and maintenance are easy to implement. The ease of use of the software contributes to its daily use by our internal service department and customers. If problems arise, they are easy to reach and will assist you quickly. What problems is Hive CPQ solving and how is that benefiting you?

Hive assists us in configuring our range of ports. The selected requirements are translated into our D365 ERP package via the graphical representation and selection menu. In our package, they ensure that the entire process from order input and production to delivery can be tracked. There are only minimal options for adjusting the configurator’s frontend interface. At times, we’d like the flexibility to make different choices to achieve a better UX that aligns with our own product logic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Hive CPQ solving and how is that benefiting you?

A user-friendly web program where you can update, adjust, and build things very quickly with clear, visible results. We currently work with an older CPQ program, and it takes a lot of effort for minimal value. With Hive CPQ, it’s very fast to fix issues and to build or update your configurator. What do you like best about Hive CPQ?

I really appreciate how Hive CPQ lets our dealers configure and order products quickly and accurately, even outside our business hours. The visual 3D configuration is a big plus and helps avoid miscommunication, while the flexibility to expand to new product groups is very valuable. What do you dislike about Hive CPQ?

Initially, the system had too many features and was too complex for our dealers, which made it less user-friendly. We needed to simplify it by reducing the number of clicks and options to make it practical for daily use. Hive listened and adjusted, but that first version was a bit overwhelming. What do you like best about Hive CPQ?

I really app.reciate how Hive CPQ has automated our entire ordering and production process. The integration with our ERP and production software is seamless, which has drastically reduced the chance of errors. Our dealers and their customers are enthusiastic because the configurator guides them step by step, and the visual feedback helps catch mistakes early. Internally, our sales staff now have more time for other tasks, and the whole process is much less labor-intensive. What do you dislike about Hive CPQ?

Honestly, there aren’t any real challenges with Hive CPQ itself at this point. Sometimes we need to add options or make small changes, but we can usually handle those ourselves. I like that I can easily generate and send the best and accurate sales quotes and proposals with Hive CPQ. The other best part I like is the ability to receive notifications to alert us when clients view quotes and this enables us to quickly obtain electronic signatures from clients.
