The selected requirements are translated into our D365 ERP package via the graphical representation and selection menu. In our package, they ensure that the entire process from order input and production to delivery can be tracked. The visual 3D configuration is a big plus and helps avoid miscommunication, while the flexibility to expand to new product groups is very valuable. Hive’s team is also excellent at translating technical details into customer-friendly language, making the whole process smooth for everyone. **What do you dislike about Hive CPQ?** Initially, the system had too many features and was too complex for our dealers, which made it less user-friendly. We needed to simplify it by reducing the number of clicks and options to make it practical for daily use. Hive listened and adjusted, but that first version was a bit overwhelming. **What problems is Hive CPQ solving and how is that benefiting you?** Hive ensures that our dealers can configure cylinder sets 24/7, even when Nauta is closed. They can use the configuration as a quote for the end customer and even place an order; the configurator automatically enters the order into our system. Internally, our sales staff now have more time for other tasks, and the whole process is much less labor-intensive. Sometimes we need to add options or make small changes, but we can usually handle those ourselves.
