**What do you like best about Hiveage?**

Hiveage has been obstructive for me.  It has made my life much frustrating. Its interface needs to be user friendly and intuitive. Creating and managing invoices monitoring expenses and accepting payments have become more hectic with this tool.

**What do you dislike about Hiveage?**

The automation features are needed to save me time and energy. It is not allowing me to focus on growing my business. Their support is not prompt and less helpful. In terms of improvements I would say that having customization options would be better in tailoring the platform to business needs.

**What problems is Hiveage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Advanced reporting and analytics tools needs provide insights for analysis purposes. The customer support is generally good there have been delays in response time, to queries, which is frustrating when trying to resolve issues. Expanding integration capabilities would make it easier to connect with business systems.
