I'm a huge fan of this template tool and its ability to duplicate workflow seamlessly. Additionally, the proofing tool in Hive is excellent. I spend considerable time using it and find it beneficial that I can proof everything in one go. The ability to notify external reviewers efficiently in a single step is something I truly appreciate. Occasionally, there might be minor glitches, but largely, the tools work well within the consolidated environment. I struggle with Hive when managing team members who leave or change roles because there's no efficient way to transition their tasks to others. This requires going through manually, task by task, which is highly inefficient. Having a master project owner feature would help manage and reassign tasks more seamlessly. Additionally, setting up an archive function when project is set up would be beneficial (like in 3 months of project completion this task would automatically archive itself.)
