What do you like best about Hive CPQ?

What do you dislike about Hive CPQ?

There's not much to dislike. All the requests we had that were missing in the beginning are being handled or are already fixed in the recent updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Hive CPQ:

The best asset of HiveCPQ is the team of knowledgeable configuration wizards that want to help your company in rethinking your sales process to offer the best user experience during the sales process and the parametric 3D visualizations they can custom make for you. What problems is Hive CPQ solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were working with 3,5 full time employees to process orders before starting with HiveCPQ. We are now in the testing phase but it looks like we will be able to process more and more accurate in a shorter time with the same people or even less.

The biggest advantage is that our employees who have a lot of product knowledge and also do the pre-production preparations, now have more time to focus on more inspiring work instead of "brainless" order entry. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The HiveCPQ team goes the extra mile to get to know our business. They act as a partner and together we strive to turn our complex product structure into a simple solution for our various types of customers.

They work hard on platform improvements and integrations. We will easily be able to use them in the future.

What do you like best about Hive CPQ?

HiveCPQ is a true partner when it comes to defining a workflow that suits the needs of a particular customer. With a very personal approach, HiveCPQ helped us to define the best possible customer journey for our customers.

They have built up a lot of knowledge in the area of B2B eCommerce platforms and they use that knowledge to bring new insights.

What do you like best about Hive CPQ?

Hive CPQ has a very professional and dedicated team, they are quick to help out when support is needed. The platform is regularly updated with new features and issues are quickly addressed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hive CPQ?

While HiveCPQ works great on computers, the interface is less suited for smaller screens (e.g. smartphones/tablets). There is not enough information on the screen, so you need to scroll a lot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Hive CPQ?

The support of Hive CPQ and willingness to think along to configure our products in the best possible way. Also, the connection with our ERP system has been set up in a great way so when we change data in our ERP system then it will communicate directly with the Hive CPQ platform. What do you dislike about Hive CPQ?

We are not 100% flexible to make the platform as we would like but it is very intuitive and the screen layouts are very clear.

We are aware of the fact that our solution is not 100% flexible for our customers - that's why we've been working very hard on some additional modules that give users the chance to manage the configurator themselves.
