I like the app feature so I don't have to be viewing my projects and working through my browser at the same time. I can easily work in multiple windows. I've found the proofing process a bit difficult to learn at first, likely due to my limited screen space. There are certain words and buttons that overlap on the top of the screen and it makes it a challenge to click on the right button for my needs. We are really streamlining project management and the proofing process. With a platform we used previously, there was a lot of downloading and uploading of edited files - with HIVE we can annotate and put notes right in the project itself.
