It's super simple to collaborate. We have several levels of review, and it's easy to have multiple people log in to review and edit content. Recommendations to others considering Hive.co: Discuss with your teammates how many people should be involved with the email communications process, if you need other features (I haven't used SMS for example, but know they advertise that quite a bit) and compare plans. It is good email marketing that you can use for your business or an eCommerce site. it is almost integrated with all the primary tools you want to use and it will make your work easy. "Best Email Platform We’ve Ever Used!" 5/5 What do you like best about Hive.co? Client support, specifically our client success manager Sarah S., is hands down the best service we've ever received among any email platform we've ever used. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the product, has taken the time to learn our business, and is able to give recommendations on how Hive can best serve our business. She is quick to respond, provides frequent updates, and has a solution for almost every question we've had. The template builder has way more options compared to other services. Hive's integration with our ticketing system is incredible and provides extremely valuable detailed insights in to our demographics.
