What do you like best about HiringThing?

They are definitely going through some growing pains. There are functions that are not yet working the way that they should and sometimes it takes their support team quite a while to circle back around with an actual solution to the problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering HiringThing:

It's a great system if you're relatively small and have the patience for some technical difficulties. If you're doing a very high volume of recruiting and don't have time to wait for pieces to get ironed out here and there, this might not be for you just yet. What problems is HiringThing solving and how is that benefiting you?

Hiring Thing has made our resumes more searchable. We are able to categorize candidates and mark future potentials as such. It's also made the entire process more accessible for our management team and the more digital for our recruiter.
