**What do you like best about Wizehire?**

I use Wizehire for hiring and managing job candidates. I love how it helps me to post everywhere at once, collect and organize applications in one dashboard, and communicate with candidates. What I like most about Wizehire is how it brings structure and consistency to the hiring process. It simplifies everything from posting jobs to screening and tracking candidates, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. I especially appreciate the ability to standardize evaluations with scorecards and assessments, which helps make more objective hiring decisions. The platform is user-friendly; its straightforward setup and step-by-step guidance make it easy to create job postings and set up the basic hiring workflow.

**What do you dislike about Wizehire?**

It would be helpful to have more flexibility in reporting and analytics so we can better track hiring trends over time. For example, having the ability to build reports that track things like time to hire by role, source of hire effectiveness, and stage by stage conversion rates in a more flexible way would be very helpful.

**What problems is Wizehire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wizehire centralizes applicants in one place, helps identify top candidates quickly, and posts job ads everywhere at once. It structures and standardizes the hiring process, making it less messy.

**What do you like best about Wizehire?**

I really like that Wizehire posts my job request on all different job sites, saving me time from having to post on each one individually. They also provide a DISC profile on each applicant, which helps me narrow down candidates by reviewing their DISC profile results. This feature makes finding the right person and making hiring a lot easier. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Wizehire?**

I can not think of anything I dislike.

**What problems is Wizehire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Wizehire simplifies hiring by posting on various job sites and providing DISC profiles, saving me time and making it easier to find the right person. It also steps the applicants through the process and sends them reminders of outstanding items.  They keep all the applicants in one spot, and makes it easy for me to see who is still a prospect for me, and who I have taken out of the pool.  They also make it very easy to communicate through their dashboard, keeping all the communication with each applicant in one spot.

**What do you like best about Wizehire?**

Wizehire is an all-inclusive hiring tool. It is easy to use, and the AI component is fantastic. My favorite part is the inclusion of DISC assessments as part of the application process as it's saves time by deleting an extra step! I also love that you can pause your subscription and restart as needed.

**What do you dislike about Wizehire?**

The only thing I would like is to be able to send out updated DISC assessment requests (when the DISC on file is very old) without having to contact support every time.

**What do you like best about Wizehire?**

I really like how Wizehire helps me get job qualifications out to hundreds of job sites, which gives me a bigger pool of people to pull from. It also provides a DISC assessment breakdown of each candidate and informs me about their qualifications as we go through numerous resumes. I also appreciate that it's super easy to get the job criteria into the Wizehire system, which makes the initial setup very smooth. What's even more impressive is that we end up interviewing about 10 people, which I find phenomenal.

**What do you dislike about Wizehire?**

I found that a lot of the applications that came in were not qualified for the position at all. I'm not quite sure how they got through the screening. We required experience in the industry, and many applicants had just worked at companies with no mortgage experience.

I use Wizehire to broadcast job qualifications to many sites, giving me a large pool of candidates. It provides disc assessments for candidates, quickly showing their qualifications.

I also appreciate the nice pipeline feel it provides, letting me move candidates through our process with ease. The initial setup was very simple.

The integration with multiple job boards has saved us time and broadened our reach, making a significant difference for our team. The platform streamlines the hiring process, making it both straightforward and easy to manage. Its interface is clean and intuitive, so there’s no steep learning curve. Posting jobs and reviewing candidates is efficient, and I value the built-in templates and personality assessments, which make it easier to evaluate applicants who are a better fit without additional effort. Additionally, the customer support is always prompt and helpful.

**What do you dislike about Wizehire?**

While the platform does a great job covering the essentials, I would appreciate the addition of more advanced filtering and sorting tools. I'm not entirely sure what could be improved in this area, but I have noticed that candidates often do not respond, even after several follow-up messages. Despite this, I think the platform is very well-suited for small to medium-sized businesses and meets their needs effectively.

Wizehire has helped me address my biggest hiring challenge: finding quality candidates without spending countless hours on unsuitable applicants. Previously, I would manually post jobs on various sites and then sift through a flood of resumes that rarely matched my requirements. With Wizehire, I can post to multiple job boards simultaneously, use structured job templates, and take advantage of DISC personality assessments to filter for candidates who truly fit both the role and our company culture.

The advantages are clear—I save time, receive stronger applicants, and feel more confident in my hiring choices. Rather than chasing down resumes, I can focus my efforts on interviewing top candidates. This has made the hiring process faster, less stressful, and much more dependable for my business.

Don't have DISC assessments for all job positions (for example, not for pharmacy technician). Also, the cost becomes prohibitive for a small business

It was a little challenging to navigate the international job board process at first but customer service jumped right in and helped me.

**What do you like best about Wizehire?**

I can do almost all of our recruiting through Wizehire, pre- interview questions, emails, tracking status of applicants.  It is a one stop shop and IT IS AFFORABLE.

**What do you dislike about Wizehire?**

They keep improving and adding options.  I do miss the DISC assessment review and training.  I took the training and then they eliminated this service, which did not allow for me to get fully trained as an DISC Evaluator.  That was a great option.

**What problems is Wizehire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I really appreciate that I don't have to save applications or deal with tracking requirements. Everything related to hiring is organized in one place, which makes the process much smoother. We also have some additional onboarding steps, and I think it might be possible to incorporate those into their system, though I haven't explored that option yet.

I used Wizehire to fill multiple positions in my law firm. I find it very easy to use and organize the inflow of applicants. I appreciate expanding my reach in one click to multiple platforms. The Kanban board for sorting through applicants is a visual of what I am doing. The initial setup was very easy.

I do not think the 'fit' that Wizehire proposes is accurate

I wasn't happy to see that you changed the subscription options and now only allow for limited pauses.  I manage a small company and I was really drawn to Wizehire because it allowed for unlimited pauses.

One issue I've noticed is that even after a job has been filled, the position may still appear as open on Indeed's website.

I find Wizehire extremely user-friendly, especially when it comes to setting up new job postings and descriptions. The platform efficiently creates a pool of candidates, making selection straightforward. The DISC reports offered by Wizehire are incredibly useful in aligning potential employees with our company culture.

**What do you dislike about Wizehire?**

I find the updates to the language challenging as it requires me to be creative every 30 days. This aspect can be difficult to manage despite the overall ease of use. Additionally, I am frustrated by the inability to apply seasonal hiring differences without increasing the membership fee. When I have my subscription paused and then decide to reactivate it, I often have to pay more if the pause duration is under a certain length of time.

I find Wizehire creates a candidate pool that's easy to select from and uses DISC reports to match candidates to our company culture, which greatly aids our hiring process.

There are some fine tune tech issues that have come up, but with help from support they have been able to make the necessary repairs.

The most helpful aspect of wizehire is the customizable columns that you can create to move candidates along through the process. You can then target an entire column of candidates for tailored correspondence. It is both a helpful way to visualize the interview process and contact the candidates at different stages in the pipeline.

**What do you dislike about Wizehire?**

The least helpful aspect is there is a cap on the number of messages you can have the system send at once and every time I want to send a block of messages that exceeds this hidden number, I have to ask one of our contacts there to push the messages out.

Getting out the job post onto numerous job boards at once and bringing all of those applications into the same system.

Wizehire segregates candidates into the most and least qualified with prescreening questions and DISC analysis. Wizehire allows me to segregate and manage applicants for different positions. Then I am able to segregate applicants by where they are in the evaluation process.  I am able to email templated responses to the applicants from within the system, which saves me from adding them to a CRM and emailing from there.

Wizehire was so easy to setup and use to find the right candidate for a new position that we recently launched.  We received SO many resumes from qualified candidates, and reviewing them couldn't have been simpler or quicker.  We would recommend Wizehire to anyone looking to share their openings broadly across many different audiences.

One downside could also be an upside -- we received a LOT of resumes for our open position -- almost too many!  But again, that's ultimately a good problem to have.  Next time we would probably try to focus the job description a bit more in order to filter some of the applications.

I’ve have used Wizehire in the past to locate my past Assistants and it has always worked. For a while, another employee had put an ad out on LinkedIn and it had not attracted the right applicants. Within one day, I found the right fit on Wizehire and several of the applications that followed were also a good fit. I’m very pleased with the response we get and the quality of leads as well as their systems and being able to communicate with these applicants. I love they they DISC test them and their platform makes it easy to organize the applications. I would highly recommend WizeHire.

We started getting multiple resumes a day for our job postings which was helpful to be able to have so many options before calling for interviews. We also got $100.00 of of our first month because we were referred by one of our Board members who also uses Wize Hire, which being a not-for-profit, was helpful financially. We have been able to hire many new employees through Wize Hire.

There are a lot of features I appreciate about Wizehire, but one of my favorites is the ability to look over a candidate's application and then move the candidate to the appropriate bucket (qualified, disqualified, interviewing, etc) while also adding notes to review.  This is efficient as it prevents me from reviewing and re-reviewing the same candidate repeatedly.  I also appreciate the DiSC assessment that Wizehire offers as it allows me to compare traits from a candidate to those that others who had prior success in the position posessed.

**What do you dislike about Wizehire?**

I'm not sure there is a downside.  We've used Wizehire for several years for hiring everything from an entry level receptionist to an experienced litigation attorney and everything in between.

Wizehire allows me to assess a candidate once and then move them along if it isn't a good fit - I don't find myself repeatedly picking up the same resume. **What do you like best about Wizehire?**

Over the past several years hiring the right candidate has become very difficult. Applicants are harder to find and when you do find them, they often lose interest before a company can get them in for an interview.

I'm in a Mastermind Group made up of 5 very successful companies. When staffing issues would come up, 3 of the members would rave about Wizehire. Within a week after signing up, I was sold and now am an enthusiastic supporter referer. 

The service offers a monthly or annual subscription (which can easily be paused and continues to provide information on those who contacted you during the campaign even if you’re in the pause mode). Within two days of my submitting listings for two positions, a Wizehire “coach” asked me for approval on SEO based changes that they recommended for the job description. As soon as I approved the updates the responses started pouring in - 88 graphic designers and 52 production workers in less than 3 weeks when I closed the listings.

Even better, most were legitimate candidates. I refer to Wizehire as providing recruiting services because they don’t just offer a listing. In addition to their SEO review, Wizehire was able to provide a fit rating based on the applicants’ DiSK profile and provided an online customizable progress tracking tool. It made the process easy for me and I was able to pick the best of the finalists instead of an employee that I had to settle for.

And I've had good results as compared to Indeed and LinkedIn, which I moved off of a couple years ago when they changed their pricing model to charge per resume/applicant... However, recently there have been some changes to the platform, discussed in the 'dislike' section, which have tempered my great enthusiasm for Wisehire.

It is essential to have custom qualifiying questions, since all kinds of unqualified people do submit applications. Until recently, I was able to ask custom qualifying questions and filter based on response...but that changed and I can no longer do that. For my last hire, I was overwhelmed with responses (~400) but with no way to filter for qualification. I ended up not using the platform because it was taking too much time to go through each resume to find the qualified candidates.

**What do you like best about Wizehire?**

I love how all applicants are easily able to be shifted around to place them where needed (not qualified, hired, interview etc..)  its pretty simple to navigate through and thats definately a A+ in ny book.

**What do you dislike about Wizehire?**

I havent noticed really much I dont like other not really being able to post more than 1 add for a position.

**What problems is Wizehire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping all applicants in 1 place where everyone can have access.
