
I really like how Wizehire helps me get job qualifications out to hundreds of job sites, which gives me a bigger pool of people to pull from. It also provides a DISC assessment breakdown of each candidate and informs me about their qualifications as we go through numerous resumes. I also appreciate that it's super easy to get the job criteria into the Wizehire system, which makes the initial setup very smooth. I found that a lot of the applications that came in were not qualified for the position at all. I'm not quite sure how they got through the screening.
