**What do you like best about Hiri?**

Hiri is one of the few Outlook alternatives that supports Microsoft Exchange servers.

I like that Hiri is not afraid to buck the traditional email conventions, and yet they did it in a way that allows the user to decide how much or little they want to use these new conventions. 

I also appreciate that it has contacts, tasks, and calendar sections, although these are very simplistic. 

There's a lot of potential for Hiri if the developers take it in the right direction.

**What do you dislike about Hiri?**

It's still in it's infancy so contacts are not easy to work with in my opinion, the calendar loads a bit slow, and it lacks a little polish.

I also am not a fan of the width of the reading pane, but I'm glad you can pop messages out.

**Recommendations to others considering Hiri:**

You need to stick with it for a little while to see if it's right for you. Also visit the ideas.hiri.com site to see what upcoming features they plan to add.

**What problems is Hiri solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm replacing Outlook because I've had so many problems with it.
