That was the first time I used such a tool and it just blew my mind. We use it for our regular hiring cases and it works well for a fraction of the cost of what the big players wanted from us. **What do you dislike about Hirex?** They don't have too many 3rd party integrations, that's a negative aspect. They offered me a 2 month demo for free and I reached whenever I had a problem or suggestion, they answered quickly -they either solved the problem or listened to my suggestions AND made some changes in the product. Anyone who had to go through the horrible experience of trying to reach the support team of those major companies in the market knows what a great thing this is. **What do you dislike about Hirex?** I had a few minor problems with resume parsing but they started working on it after I informed them. Also I think the reports might need a little improvement. **What problems is Hirex solving and how is that benefiting you?** As an HR manager my biggest problem was establishing a system that is responsive to our changing needs and available to its customers. I think Hirex is a good ATS and I think with this team, it will be bigger in the market. ### 4. One of the most time-consuming parts was reviewing resumes. The CV parsing feature really helped us save a lot of time. It is easy to use and user friendly. Also the team is very responsive to the feature requests and sometimes they ship a request in a few hours. We are using it for all our hiring processes now. **What do you dislike about Hirex?** It would be great if Hirex could let us add email attachments.
