At times, we have to wait 2 weeks for flights to be cost effective and we lost momentum. At the present, with COVID, we use it almost exclusively. Love that we can enter pre-qualified questions for a panel interview and being able to have 3 interviewers is simply awesome. We always have to have our panelist rate each question of a panel interview, for each candidate, and ask them the same questions, so this ensures that we do so and it talleys the scores for us and creates an easy to share report. It is super simple to use and allowing our users to be able to use laptop, tablets or smart phones is perfect. Lastly, if there are ever any hiccups, their support line picks up, every time, and is super helpful to both the candidate and hiring manager. Love using HireVue!
