HireValid helps small and mid-sized businesses hire people who can do the job. AI now writes CVs and answers online tests, so HireValid tests are built to make AI help hard to use. Every candidate gets a different, timed set of questions served one at a time, with copying blocked. Choose tests for a job, share a link, and see results as candidates finish. Each candidate gets a 0-100 score, a percentile benchmark, and an Integrity Score with the evidence behind it. The Integrity Score supports human review and never rejects anyone automatically. You make every decision.
