To be honest, I do not have something I dislike. We always need to remember that an AI tool will provide us with the information we are asking for, so in case you do not have much experience in sourcing or on a specific profile, you need to dig deeper into your role to make sure your search is successful, do not expect that Hiretual that will do all the job for you:) You need to calibrate your search by feeding the correct information to the AI. Hiretual is the best sourcing tool I have used. I recruit in the UK and EU and even though they are an American company the search results and contact find features are brilliant in this market. Even in comparison to more UK/EU focussed tools I have used.
The UI is simple, great to use but also very nice to look at whilst being intuitive. Others can be messy, complex and clunky. Hiretual ticks this box as you need a tool you are happy coming back to over and over again.
Easy to quickly copy an email contact from the chrome extension and ping off an email.
I am not a power user but for simplicity in finding good candidates you may have otherwise over looked (and most importantly) being able to quickly contact the with ease, Hiretual is unparalleled.

The two things I like most are the AI powered search to help gather the best candidates for recruiting a project and the campaigning features. Creating a sequence is easy and effective at reaching your audience. Making following ups or sending reminders a breeze. Its intuitive interface removes the need to come up with complex search strings while pulling info from multiple sources across the net to build a comprehensive profile. Not only does it identify a broader candidate base, but the profiles allow you to toggle between multiple tools with the ease of one click icons.

We have consistently seen a decrease in the number of candidates sourced from the AI tool. We have brought this up with support but they always make it seem like it's on end but we aren't teaching us any additional information to improve our search or process. You can use the browser extension of Hiretual not only to get an overview into applicants but also to get the contact's information, such as an address, a phone number or office numbers in some situations. And there are precise contact data for the applicants approximately almost all the time. Also, Hiretual counts with a creative and committed board who truly works with its clients. What I like so much about Hiretual currently is the recruitment analysis function, which offers me an instant impression that my quest, the scope of the talent pool and the summary data is actually working, and encourage me to expand my search parameters and crumble it. The AI feature in Hiretual is fantastic allowing for tens of thousands of resumes/profiles to be reviewed in a matter of minutes cutting my sourcing time down and allowing me to focus on the human relationships with my candidates. With the professional seat you get so much more too. I really like being able to group candidates in projects and keep track of their status. Importing has become an invaluable feature allowing me to track candidates from numerous sources easily and efficiently. The Boolean builder is super helpful as well. It allows me to pull key words for positions I am not too familiar with and wouldn't have known otherwise without having spent extensive time researching. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only issue I am running into is having to adjust the Boolean string in the Boolean builder due to too many "OR" keywords. This can generate a pool of under qualified candidates. I do normally have to tweak the string before running searches. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What is there to dislike about Hiretual? Overall the tool is great and they've made strides in their UI and ease of use. Before v3 I would've easily said the UI was one thing on that "dislike" list, but after v3 it's come a long way. There's still room for improvement on the UI and chrome extension side, but again it's come a long way since v1 and v3 has fixed a lot. Hiretual is super easy to use, has excellent features (AI, Email Marketing Campaigns, etc.), and has made a significant increase in productivity for my whole recruitment team! It really allows my team to automate the mundane tasks, such as finding profiles, and really focus on the most important part of recruitment which is engaging talent and building relationships with them! Additionally, the talent insight portion is awesome! Especially when we are looking at mapping talent across the country. Having started in recruiting over 18 years ago, the dark ages, it is wonderful that someone (Hiretual) has worked on a system that conveniently as all the right information available on candidates in a easy to view dashboard.

The ability to shortlist ideal candidates based on your job description and enabling the AI to understand what you are looking for and source additional candidates is a fantastic aspect of Hiretual. Advanced Filters can take an enhancement allowing the users to filter on the basis of work authorization.

I love that Hiretual always gives me relevant, updated contact info for my candidates (i.e. phone numbers, email addresses, etc).
