**What do you like best about HireSweet CRM?**

The team was attentive to our needs, and the talent pool was exceptional. HireSweet listened carefully to our specific requirements and came back with a few proposals for the right profile. The CRM tool was easy to use, gave us more visibility on our pipeline, and helped us keep track of the great candidates more clearly. Furthermore, the CRM automated the most laborious tasks out of automatic the initial steps of the pipeline, giving us more time to focus on the important steps. Furthermore, it was easy to setup with our current ATS.

**What do you dislike about HireSweet CRM?**

At first we were slightly confused by the interface but it was easy to get used to.

HireSweet CRM allows us to leverage our existing talent pool, automate the initial steps, give us visibility over our pipeline and integrate well with our ATS. It's the perfect tool for the first stage of our recruiting funne;.

Very handy and userfriendly! If you have worked with hubspot before it's very similar.
it's a time saver and the team is always very responsive.

**What do you like best about HireSweet CRM?**

HireSweet has been instrumental in helping me build a robust talent pool for our company. I have to say, I'm really impressed with the tool! It's super user-friendly and intuitive. One of my favorite features is the easy LinkedIn import through the extension or CSV import - it's so convenient to have all of our data in one place. Plus, the multichannel approach has really helped increase our response rates.

Another great thing about HireSweet is the reminders it sends for manual tasks like sending LinkedIn invites - it definitely helps keep me organized! And when it comes to messaging candidates, I love that it prepares the InMail message for me to just copy-paste into LinkedIn.

I also like to A/B test my approaches, so the reporting feature is a huge help in keeping track of my results and useful for analyzing our talent acquisition strategies.

Lastly, the team at HireSweet is amazing! They're super cooperative when it comes to creating new features, and they're always available to answer any questions I have.

Overall, I highly recommend HireSweet for anyone looking to build a strong talent pool for their company. It's a great tool with lots of helpful features that have made my job so much easier!

**What do you dislike about HireSweet CRM?**

The reporting could be enhanced to be a bit more detailed. Also, I'd love if Hiresweet provided the ability to find email addresses.

It really helps us in our daily tasks. With HireSweet,  we cannot forget our tasks and our work is way more organized ! 
It is also simple to use and to understand !

**What do you dislike about HireSweet CRM?**

Barely nothing ! Perhaps in the future, still more precision with the filters (for example to target people who started (joined a new company) a new job less than 6 months ago).

It really permits us to work faster. Especially when HireSweet recommends us interesting profils !
We can save so much time and therefore reach our goals faster.

Linked woith Linkedin and our AT, this is the best way to follow our recruitment, automatize candidates mailing, and recruitment activity. Support is the best, a lot of updates , and new features !

**What do you dislike about HireSweet CRM?**

I'd like Hiresweet to add an ATS part, so we will definitelly stop with our ATS to have everyting centralized on Hiresweet.

**What problems is HireSweet CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our process to follow our recruitments, to contact candidates, and to have notifications when it's time for a call to action and send a new email for example. Wa can linked to Linkedin, and whereas to have linkedin project, we have hiresweet ones that are directly related to our ATS.

**What do you like best about HireSweet CRM?**

1/ The sourcing recording & automation - The easy LinkedIn Import and the auto-logging of LinkedIn messages AND emails is just amazing. The easy set up of sequences and their run is a game changer for me, it saves so much time
2/ The reminders & automatic followups - I use to prefer manual sequences rather than automatic ones to personalize a bit, reminders help me to have a daily clear view of what I need to do = follow-ups at the best timing + I don't forget anything anymore = increased reply rate (by approx 50%)
3/ The analytics to A/B test my different acquisition strategies, in just a few weeks I got amazing insights
4/ The Customer Success - instant availability and super quick to address questions & issues

**What do you dislike about HireSweet CRM?**

Nothing that I dislike, tiny bugs sometimes but fixed really quickly by the team. Just waiting for next updates and new features to be release to enhance the experience.

**What problems is HireSweet CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Recording / Tracking / Following-ups talents. Before I juggled between different tools (1 for sourcing, 1 for recording, my mailox to contact, and memory and disorganized reminders for followups - it became a nightmare, especially at scale dealing with a high number of profiles. Now, my pipelines are organized, my call to actions are clear and it's a lot less stress with better results :)

**What do you like best about HireSweet CRM?**

I really enjoyed working with HireSweet. The tool is great: 

- to organize your recruitment tasks in a very structured, clean and nice way. There is also an option to set up a reminder for the specific sequences which you would like to perform so that nothing will get lost;

- an option to track your data and not only to see your response rate but also to track positive, negative, and neutral responses from your candidates;

- diversity tab which helps you to change your sourcing strategy if needed and to bring more diversity into your sourcing. Really very great idea! A huge compliment from my side;

- a great overview of what was done once you need to present this information to your hiring manager because you have everything in one place.

**What do you dislike about HireSweet CRM?**

There is nothing, in particular, I can mention about. When I had some doubts or suggestions or questions, I contacted the team and got the answer straight ahead :)

**What problems is HireSweet CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Organization of your recruitment pipeline because you have everything in one place, setting up priorities because once you set up the sequences the system is telling you what is your next step and measuring your efficiency as a recruiter because you can easily track all the essential data. The tool was built that way that it helps you to follow all the latest market trends in recruitment for example crosscontacting candidates (through email and LinkedIn) or bringing some diversity into your sourcing.

The data collection, CSV import & overall improved organization - you no longer have to split data between different spreadsheets, LinkedIn, your ATS, etc.

All LinkedIn invitations have to be manually launched (to be LinkedIn-compliant). Then campaigns can run automatically.

The sourcing automation - time saved all across the app with easy integrations (with the ATS), the Chrome extension, the keyboard shortcuts, the easy LinkedIn Import, the auto-logging of LinkedIn messages

-The initial setup (connecting the ATS, importing a first CSV of data etc.) can be a bit tedious
Some ATS integrations are missing - Ashby for the marketplace

**What do you like best about HireSweet CRM?**

We recently purchased HireSweet CRM  to help streamline and improve our sourcing efforts, gain better access to sourcing analytics, and manage relationships with past candidates. Hiresweet came out as the strongest in all of those areas in a hands-on comparison with other, similar tools. 

The team deserves 10/10 for the onboarding and customer experience alone. They implemented features we asked about in discovery before we came to buy, and worked with us to import all of our LinkedIn data into the platform. They also assisted us in our ATS migration, ensuring near-perfect data preservation in the short time window we had. Amazing!

**What do you dislike about HireSweet CRM?**

Minor pain points have been addressed quickly so no complaints there. Some nice-to-have features are still a work in progress but the pace of development and transparency is great, I expect they'll be best-in-class features when they drop, so not a bad word to say overall!

**What problems is HireSweet CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As mentioned above, Hiresweet helps us streamline and improve our sourcing efforts (through automation and multi-channel outreach on one platform), gain better access to sourcing analytics, and manage relationships with past candidates.

We're new to the platform but I expect as a recruiter who's spent a lot of time sourcing I expect it will save us time on manual sourcing tasks, allow us to optimise our outreach over the medium term, and expand our pool of 'warm' candidates over the long term leading to greater interview and hire volume.

- The ROI: after 2 months, I was able to make the subscription worthwhile

As the company is young, the product still lacks high value-added features. 
After discussing with them, they have already identified the next problems they want to solve: their product roadmap is clear and helps me to be patient

**What do you like best about HireSweet CRM?**

What I like the best is that Hiresweet is fully integrated with Lever so I don't have to repeat tasks and everything I do is directly uploaded in my ATS and visible by the team.

There are no specific things I dislike with Hiresweet. 
When I had questions and issues with the product, I had great support from the team. Moreover, I feel they are considering my feedback and I can see it when they are new product releases.

Sourcing is hard and there is a lot of competition in the tech and healthcare industries where I work. Hiresweet helps me leverage data to make iterations on my sourcing to be more impactful, have better answer rates, and hire faster.

HireSweet offers a powerful tool with a unique and friendly user interface. The fact that candidate data updates automatically is beautiful, you are able to source from past contacts/applicants and build our high-touch sequences to connect with candidates. It's powerful and their team is amazing.

**What do you dislike about HireSweet CRM?**

I wish you could find email addresses within the tool... but I've heard that is coming and they have relationships with other vendors to get this service.

Making sourcing fun and easy. Reengaging with past applicants and candidates. Also, the sequence feature is super customizable which allows for better candidate experiences.

Saves me using spreadsheets, a million browser tabs and some custom scripts. I can now source in a single tool, and the team has visibility on who's contacted who

**What do you dislike about HireSweet CRM?**

It's a shame the linkedin outreach can't be automated, but I think that's down to hard limits on linkedin's side that can't be changed without breaking their ToS and getting your account blocked

Hiring engineers, especially those that require nudging a few times before they get back to you. Solves collaborating on hiring, when some members of the team are responsible for sourcing and others for reaching out
