**What do you like best about HireSweet CRM?**

The sourcing automation - time saved all across the app with easy integrations (with the ATS), the Chrome extension, the keyboard shortcuts, the easy LinkedIn Import, the auto-logging of LinkedIn messages

**What do you dislike about HireSweet CRM?**

-The initial setup (connecting the ATS, importing a first CSV of data etc.) can be a bit tedious
Some ATS integrations are missing - Ashby for the marketplace

**What problems is HireSweet CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Save time, be more productive, automate sourcing and access existing talent pool in the ATS
Have one single place to organize everything
Reports & visibility, insights of the sourcing efforts and strategy

Sometimes the ergornomy of the tool is complex and redundant.

Hire Sweet solves the problem of the response rate and the problem of the dunning strategy.
