Do not recommend." 0.5/5 What do you like best about HireSafe? Company' reports are accurate, pricing is ok and turned around in a timely fashion. Other than that I did not like anything else about Al Firato's Hiresafe services. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about HireSafe? Website is does not perform as described. Twice the owner, Al Firato, stated that confidential employee information would be disclosed to the public. Seriously? Customer service is unhelpful, condescending and rude. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Recommendations to others considering HireSafe: I would strongly suggest othesr considering HireSafe to do their own research. Call and talk to the owner (he's also their only front facing employee). This will give you a good feel of his angry attitude. Confidentiality of employee information submitted to HireSafe may not be as secure as you think. We are required to complete background checks and drug tests on employees. After our first month we found some bugs on their website. Easily customizable interface according to client requirements. It's a really easy and quick tool to enter in the new candidate information and get them processed. " 4/5 What do you like best about HireSafe? HireRight's onboarding is pretty fantastic, not to mention that it was a great platform to do the background checks- fast and efficiently!
