This might be the worst background check experience I have ever been through. You fill out information for each employer within the lookback window and then proceed to wait while their team neglects to verify anything. This leads to you as the candidate having to find and upload documentation (W-2, etc.) for every employer in your work history. What I love about HireRight is that it allows anyone who works any part of Human Resources to keep a sound track of your candidate's success in their background check process. As a current Talent Acquisition support specialist, I can keep up with all of the existing processes and even allow the candidate to assist in any discrepancies found.
