I wish there were better features with the AI system that is being integrated. We are looking for more automation for caregivers throughout the application and onboarding process with Clickboarding. Additionally, I would like to see a feature for voice response that calls the caregiver and sends the message straight to voicemail, which is recorded by my recruiter. There's not a single person that I can call for help. I must send multiple emails to get assistance. Not even a single phone number I can call, nor does someone call me back to resolve. This needs to be improved. I am looking into using another service. The integration interface with Viventium doesn't work properly. I can't sync my employees into Viventium. I love the convenience of having everything in one place with Hireology. It's great to seek out potential employees by reviewing their resumes, chatting via SMS to set up interviews, and sending qualification documents to run background checks.
