I find it easy to find everything in Hireology. I like that I can click on any tab and see everything that falls under it. I probably don't like that I have to click on the job list after clicking the applicant info if they aren't in the jobs tab. Maybe having toggle tabs would improve that. The synchronization capabilities mean profiles for caregivers are created instantly, simplifying the outreach process significantly. Adapting to Hireology for our applicant tracking systems (ATS) has been straightforward and effective. The transition was remarkably easy, supported by a helpful team, which contributed greatly to our positive experience. Hireology facilitates quick movement through the recruitment and onboarding processes, streamlining the paperwork and outreach tasks involved. I wish there were better features with the AI system that is being integrated. We are looking for more automation for caregivers throughout the application and onboarding process with Clickboarding. Additionally, I would like to see a feature for voice response that calls the caregiver and sends the message straight to voicemail, which is recorded by my recruiter. Not even a single phone number I can call, nor does someone call me back to resolve. This needs to be improved. I am looking into using another service.
